Does anyone Play championship manager 03/04

i love this game i've been playing it for moths. I am currently managing my fave club chelsea.i won the league and champions league at my first season with them, and now my second season at the club and things are going pretty bad for some reason…even though I have signed Kaka,beckham,robben,morienties,ronaldo.

ye i love champ man i have 1 game as my fave team Arsenal and i also have 1 as Parma and i am first in the league even thou the pundicts said i had a 60-1 chance of winning the league HA! i am proving them wrong ;D

it isn't really a bad seasons its ok i think but seeing as you said "i won the league and champions league at my first season with them" which kinda sets your target for the next year which is to win the Premiership and the champions league.

ye i do know what u mean. On my Arsenal file i have signed Mikel Arteta, Jan Kristiansen, Philippe Mexes and Lee Crooks all for £8,000,000 and sold Sylvian Wiltord, Edu and Gilberto for a wopping £21,000,000 for just 3 players! Good sales and buys don't you think?

In the real world, Ranieri was sacked after finishing 2nd and reaching the semi-final of the champions league.

I liked the 1993-94 version when you could take any team and make them champions within a few seasons (depending on how many promotions you needed first).

In order to do that you did need at least one other "big" team to help them out, and then in order to win the championship you had to beat your other teams.

I had the 1997 version and won everything with Juventus and did quite well with Cologne but in the English league I went from Lincoln to Barnet to Middlesbrough so only achieved mediocrity though I did take Barnet to 9th in the league and an FA Cup win.

I also had the 1999-2000 version, managed only Bradford and took them to 15th in the league. In the second season they were 6th but I stopped playing.

The latest edition I have is the 00/01 season because i'm an impoverished student and can't afford the latest one Also I wouldn't be able to do spectacular things with Kingstonian as they're so sh*t now they won't even feature...

Yeah I have CM2, like playing as Mansfield or Berwick on there, always use a few cheats to help myself get off to a good start!

I've played CM00/01 a few times. I think I'm going to start playing it again.
However, I'm crap at it!

lol use a crap team from div 3 and if you lose u can't be blammed as the board won't expect you to get premotion and stuff

My dad got |CM4 (01/02 season) off a friend of his yesterday, but it won't work on our PC

lol do you ned a upgrade for it?
we've got it on the comp in glenns room but not on pentium II comp as it won't run fast enough etc

I don't know.
The man my dad got the game off, gave us the instructions to it.
We tried the computer in my room and one of the computers downstairrs, didn't work on either.
And my dad has tried a few times to download CM 03/04 but it wouldn't install it properly. So, I have to make do with the crappy 00/01 season.
