I missed Telford's demise from the Conference! Didn't seem to make any news channels of anything? Ok they aren't a league side, but they are just one league below the football league! At least they dont have to start at the bottom of the entire pyramid, but dropping from Conference to Unibond is going to hurt, plus they dont have a manager or a team and no income:( poor Buggers! news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/t/telford/3784433.stm

Who's going to replace them in the Conference then? I assume one team will not be relegated? Hardly anyone is relegated this season as I know that Hucknall are not coming up despite being #1 in the unibond cos their ground is not up to standard:( Bummer as my cousin plays for them!

I missed that story as well and Telford are relatively local to me! The only other team that where demoted is Margate (as far as I know), all 3 teams that finished in the bottom 3 must have retained their Conference positions.

I remember in 1985 when Bradford lost to Telford in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. And Bradford were top of (old) Division 3 at the time.
Oh well, at least we could concentrate on the league. (And we did go up as champions).

Yeah, Margate were ground sharing I think? Poor Hucknall though, would have liked to have seen my cousin in the conference and scoring goals.

They will fulfil their fixtures, the administrators have confirmed that, and they have been put in the fixtures list now.
They'll probably lose most of them though and get relegated to division 3.

Fixtures out this week aren't they? I heard The Football league was a bit worried about them? Not that I want to see em booted or anything, cos that would mean a promotion for Mansfield, we'd get slaughtered as well. Conf North and South will be found after the fixtures are released I guess? Everyone has to get used to the new layout?

Got to agree, if Bradford did drop out of the league, it would be Grimsby Town who benefited. I'll look forward to the Notts v Stags fixtures!

When are fixtures out then? I can start planning what games I want to go to, not many if Haslam does not sort it at the club:(
