For me it's the mens 4 x 100m Relay Final, with Marc Lewis-Francis and team beating the US into second place and achieving a very unexpected gold medal! The look on Lewis-Francis' face was sheer determination and strength. I was soooo happy when we won! ;D ;D

That was very good, but Kelly Holmes 2nd gold for me, she ran a gem of a race and showed great determination, first british woman to do it in 80+ years? And she's 34! Puts me to shame Give that woman a knighthood, dameship or whatever it is! Sports personality of the year is in the bag as well! Such a down to earth woman as well!

our female Hockey team winning the final vs the Netherlands ;D
or one of our Kajak - boats (4 women) - including one of the biggest athletes of all time in summer Olympic games (the fifth best ever) - winning at the age of 42!!!! one more Gold medal

Gotta be Kelly, we missed the first race (800) so were determined to watch the 1500. I had a tear in my eye as she finished...

I haven't seen much at all, just been following the news headlines.
The photo of Kelly Holmes after winning the 800m was fantastic.
And Amir Khan is surely a future Olympic champ.
