The Premier League will block Carlos Tevez's proposed move to Manchester United if they are not satisfied the transfer fee will go to West Ham.
Widespread reports on Thursday suggested United are leading the chase to sign the Argentine star and that talks over a move to Old Trafford are well underway.
Tevez is considering his future, with West Ham United hoping to hang on to the Argentine after his influential end to last season.
He has suggested he is looking to join a big club over the summer, but any move to Manchester United could be blocked by the Premier League.

He could go on loan perhaps?

He could go on loan perhaps? he could in theory, but why would west ham sanction that when they want to keep him? if you ask me he is to much like rooney and its media gossip, some of the quotes are weeks old and the others are misquotes. he is likely to move but not to man u

interesting the Premier League are so jumpy ^_^ If any of the fee did arrive at Kia Joobawhotsits doorstep, Sheff Utd would have every reason to take action moreso

not really as the west ham deal is a loan deal so he can sell them on if he wishes. being owned by a third party is legal if its done right

or on the other hand because west ham terminated the contract west ham would get the transfer fee but would have to compenste that geezer who owned him for his 20 million quid loss, so either way he will get money wont he

The purported transfer of Carlos Tevez to Manchester United has taken a fresh twist, with the news that an arrest order has been issued for businessman Kia Joorabchian, the representative responsible for the player's affairs.
A federal judge in Brazil has charged Joorabchian, amongst others, with money-laundering and being part of a criminal gang, for the role he played in the relationship between Media Sports Investment (MSI), the company he fronts, and Corinthians, the Brazilian club he first took Tevez to, before bringing him to England.

what does this mean about the transfer?

makes it more complicated and less likely to happen i would asume. Joorabchian cant push a transfer through with man u if he is locked up in brazil, his assets will be frozen if he is involved in money laundering and as he owns tevez (which he claims, thats why he is trying to sell him to man u)
