Yeah, I remember hearing that as well. I do worry that this show may lose it's focus with no end game, unlike Lost. But I'm sticking with it for now. I was thinking that after the last episode of Series 1, but it seems like each series will have its own distinct threat and crisis to avert. Some of the revelations in series 2 have been amazing!

Looking forward to it then! You've restored my faith, I wasn't so keen on the ending with Hiro, but we cant talk about that, just yet

True, and there's a cracking interview with Tim Kring (on the picket lines of his own show due to the strike!) where he slags off everything that is wrong with S2 - Hiro separate from others for too long, too much romance(!), new characters not slotting straight into the mix etc, but the biggest shocker is that the 2nd series was planned as two "volumes" just as Series 1 was "Volume 1", Series 2 was supposed to be Volumes 2 & 3, but due to the strike, we may only get a half season and so only "Volume 2" !

the ep on bbc3 last night was good but not as god as I hoped. It kept cutting away to places when there was only one person I wanted to see and I wanted to see what happened to them

Why, when this thread is at BBC2 pace, do people keep mentioning the BBC 3 episode?

Why, when this thread is at BBC2 pace, do people keep mentioning the BBC 3 episode? Maybe if people talked about the bbc2 eps, we'd join in, but noone does. I'll do a bbc3 pace thread then, take the chat there.

Can we have a "I've recorded all the episodes but not watched them yet, but I slowly am trying to catch up pace thread?"

how about we just go back to talking about the bbc2 episodes? another brilliant episode this week! peter's 'resurrection' was a bit inevitable, though - but it was still very well done. the morphing woman (forgotten her name) is cool, makes things a bit confusing sometimes though...

Jade, you might be interested to know that Candice (the "shape shifter") has her story told in the graphic comics which I posted the link to earlier. Her origins are never mentioned in the series and only tie up when we see her in S2. She has quite a cool backstory!
