From digitalspy:
Friday Night Ratings:
19 …. 3.1m (13.7%) …. Big Brother (20:30) CH 4 20 … 3.0m (13.3%) …. Big Brother (22:00) CH 4 ---------- The LOWEST Big Brother eviction ratings in its history!
And that was with four new people entering.
Why do you think it is? I know it's up against Britains Got Talent but I do feel that there is something missing from the series. The lack of characters (especially losing Emily and Lesley so early) is a big one I feel - and I can't see any of the new ones being interesting with the possible exception of Jonathan. And although Charley causes arguments all the time these ones are really boring and just annoying.

I know i haven't been watching it as much this week and it's really only for one reason - the fighting. I'm sick of seeing them fight all the time and i've had to mute the tv a few times. Charley really annoys me and when she starts shouting i can't understand a word she is saying. I'll probably watch it more when she leaves.

1) The first week is always the decider for programmes like this. If there's people you want to watch, you'll be hooked from week 1. If there isn't, you won't bother turning it on again.
2) Women nag and talk about make up and hair all day.
3) For the first week, the House consisted of women.
Is it any wonder nobody is watching?

Is anyone seriously watching the sh*te that is Britain's got talent? really? Sadly, yes. It's lowest common denominator crap TV made for low intelligence people. I'm sorry but that's how I feel, it's no-brainer TV. Sadly most TV has degenerated into this and as a consequence I hardly watch any nowadays. As for Big Brother dropping in the ratings: [Edna Krabappel] HA! [/Edna Krabappel]

I'm starting to lose interest with this one now. The staggered housemates being put in the house was a terrible idea. The only interesting thing of note so far was the Emily/racist incident, and then that wasn't all that..
I'll be giving it another week. Hopefully this week all the housemates will be nominating, may make it "marginally" a bit more interesting.
I certainly don't miss Mowbli though.

The all-woman house was a big mistake

I have been watching - but often in the background, and can't say I'm gripped. The constant fighting is not entertaining, and prompts me to turn over. Maybe once Charley is out the mute button will be given a rest again. It also annoyed me that they seemed to be given a pile of food after failing the task. Make them realise that you DO have to put at least some effort into the task or they will never bother.

I watched for the first week and I've been catching glimpses but I'm really not bothered with this series. There's no one I love (or even love to hate). They are all just very dull to me. The all female house was a mistake, definitely. I just can't believe that this will all be going on until August (or whenever it finishes).

In Poland it only lasted two series cos it's crap. FINALLY, the British public like the rest of the world is coming to it's senses.

If it still makes money from advertising and phone votes it will still carry on.

I think their plan of all female house and putting the men in later is backfiring even more now, as it seems all the men are being kicked out first. Seany, Billi, and I can't imagine Jonathan being back in there much longer either.
I shudder to think what they have as a back up plan, as it's gradually heading towards an all female house again. No doubt they will try and fix it with what they always do - stick some more housemates in.
