Some TOP tunes being posted up here - takes me back to my days in the NAAFI strutting my stuff while off my head! Get past the initial babble and I love this one too ... uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mKTCW4oxS6IGroove Is The Heart is fabulous! Which reminds me, I must replace World Clique on CD at some point. This was a right breath of fresh air to the somewhat dull 1990!

Loooooved 'Kiss the Rain' by Billie Myers!! What happened to her? ? I also agree on Krush's House Arrest!!! Moving to the 90s, just heard this yesterday, Paula Cole "Where Have all the Cowboys Gone" and was wondering why it wasn't a bigger hit in the UK and why she didn't have more hits!!!! www.youtube.com/watch?v=phzjzh-38AQ

I could never understand why Paula Cole didn't catch on, Where Have All The Cowboys Gone was great, as was the album "This Fire". I think she had one other minor hit with "I Don't Want To Wait" - I think it peaked just outside the Top 40. I know it's a little wet, but I always liked this only hit single for Emilia: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUKq7DLo6Ko

Oh my Fe-M@il! I actually have this on cd single. I remember this one well, as it got played a lot over the tannoy in the Harrow shopping centre when I lived there! Did one of them end up in Girl Thing? It looks like her in the video, I think she was Dutch.

But if we are looking for one hit wonders using a classical influence, you can't beat Sias Prokofiev "Dance Of The Knights" sample-esque. *
*though this might not be a one hit wonder, as I thought Breathe Me got to #74 or something like that.

Well it was rather pleasant to hear this One Hit Wonder when it was on the radio earlier today. I had forgotten all about this 1992 hit.

You by Ten Sharp - an NM #2 for 4 weeks behind Deeply Dippy if I recall. And I was just starting to take a liking to indie and was just not brave enough to make Carter USM the #1 with The Only Living Boy In New Cross. But I did go out and buy their album and made that the #1 album of the year...
I'll have to dig out another great one hit wonder I guess.
