I'm glad James and Rebecca have stayed, only to see what Sharon will say about them tonight . I expect they'll go tonight

It's always 2 from the opening 4 so it should have been obvious who would be in the firing line, I was surprised at who Sharon chose to boot though

I thought James & Rebecca were worse than Gillian and should have gone Matt was a surprise, and could be a dark horse Agreed. Chris Moyles was the best I saw (I didnt see Nikki Sanderson) and is the favourite to win imo, because of his all round performance as Paul said. Was rather suprised about Sharon's comments towards Rebecca tho, they seemed a tad harsh I think.

Paddy Power have updated their odds after last night's show.
Moyles is the new favourite to win and is odds on, followed by Matt Stevens. The ones who can't sing have slipped a lot. Michelle Marsh has shot up the pecking order but her odds are slightly longer than before due to Moyles being such a hot favourite now.
4/6 Chris Moyles 11/4 Matt Stevens 3/1 Nikki Sanderson 12/1 Michelle Marsh 16/1 The Chefs 20/1 Lucy Benjamin 66/1 Gillian McKeith 125/1 Rebecca Loos & James Hewitt
Odds to be eliminated tonight: 8/11 Rebecca Loos & James Hewitt 7/4 Gillian McKeith 13/2 Lucy Benjamin 8/1 Michelle Marsh 14/1 The Chefs 40/1 Nikki Sanderson 40/1 Matt Stevens 66/1 Chris Moyles

Moyles really stood out as the best one last night and has a great voice.OMG at Gillian McKeith, just terrible. She didn't want Cowell as a Mentor and vice-versa.

Sharon is funny in the X Factor. She will sugar coat most of her comments for people and focus on the positives but like Brookstein in the final of series 1, she's going after Rebecca. And people might just keep Rebecca in to hear what she has to say next...

I didnt see last night's show but having heard James and Rebecca's performance it sounded even worse than before. They're surely the worst ppl left now if there was any doubt before.

i think this hilarious!! i really think rebecca and james will be kept in for the comedy value of sharon and her having a good bitch at each other! i really like the rugby player, i think hes cool and not a bad singer! chris moyles was rubbish singing last night but yeah hes very entertaining. gillian mckeith oh my god was terrible, i was cringing, she def had to go. and why does simon not like michelle?!i think shes got a great voice!!

Sharon is rather two faced if you ask me. On one hand she loved Diana and admired everything she did and stood for. On the other hand, she hates James for having an affair with Diana, but it was actually Diana that committed the adulterous offence since she was married at the time.
Julzy - Simon doesn't like her because she's an attractive girl (i use that term loosely, in my opinion) who has an ok voice - it's not great but it's not bad either. The problem is she has nothing special about her - he probably sees about 50 girls a day just like her.

I thought i'd enjoy the show but it's actually quite poor, and i think an embarrassment to the main series. It's full of low importance celebrities trying to boost their own careers and the singing is absolutely dreadful, worse than the likes of Celeb Fame Academy, which atleast had a few decent singers.
It's not as if it's beating BB hands down in the ratings either, which was the point of it, ITV trying to schedule shows in order to claw back advertising losses

So happy James and Rebecca went tonight, they were terrible. Really pleased Lucy got through ok cuz i thought her performance was the best of the night. The song really suited her.

I agree Annie, it was even better than Girls Aloud's lacklustre cover (not that that would be hard)
