I'll leave it down to you whether you want to base your vote on Too Much Too Young or The Specials Live! e.p. as a whole. I am guessing Too Much Too Young was the lead track. My knowledge for The Specials = 0. I bought the EP. Too Much Too Young was the lead track and I think the only one on the EP they wrote themselves. The second track was the theme from Guns Of Navarone and the others I think were old ska classics.

Really good year musically - unusually reflected in the quality of (most of) the number 1s. But what a comedown at the end of the year....

I knew those would be the top 3, and Atomic is the highest scoring #1 of the 80s. Ashes To Ashes is the second highest and would have won any other year.
I gave 10 to both of them but top #1 of the year is actually Ashes To Ashes.
