As blur are going to be geting the outstanding contribution award at the brit awards in 2012 i thought i would do a poll to find out whats everyones favourite blur album.I have a clear winner blur -blur 1997 has always been my most liked album by them .I also like the great escape but the one i really dont like or could never get into was parklife.

My favourite changes all the time but at the moment I'd go for 13. However they've had 5 fantastic albums, all of which incredibly diverse and different from each other. Leisure is rubbish and The Great Escape is worth listening to on occasion but the rest are all brilliant.

I went for Blur. 13 is also great but maybe has a bit too much filler in between the good stuff.

Well I thought which album do I know more album tracks than any other and that was between Parklife & Blur. Leisure is the weakest album but i say it has the best single

Great Escape is under-rated, probably suffering the backlash from the hype which accompanied it. But it isn't the best. For me Parklife just shades it from 13.

I was too young to even know Blur vs Oasis at the time, I didn't really get into music properly until about 1997 and Blur not until Tender/Coffee & TV, but they've become one of my very favourite acts, however I just can't get into The Great Escape, everything seems to be done better on the two albums either side of it.

Think the great escape was compared to morning glory too much and it falls away towards the end but i still like it .Im the opposite never understood the appeal of parklife blur blur is a great album very different to the two before

for me Parklife, perfect mix of indie + good songs... I know it's their best selling album so it's not very 'cool' to say it's their best... but it is for me... mostly cos of This Is A Low, my fav Blur song..,

The Great Escape is much better than people say in my view and I think the Oasis thing and the fact it wasnt as good as Parklife didnt help the view most people have of that album. I think Blur edges it for me though as there are some fantastic album tracks on there and I wished they had done more Blur era stuff at their gigs a couple of years ago.

I voted for Parklife, although I think I may have often skipped Girls And Boys because I never liked that song.
