Not surprising really. SCD has a great lineup and XF is looking very predictable Hence the controversy!

Lisa and Louis are brilliant, and I love that Jerry clearly doesn't care about the competition. Unfortunately someone at the BBC has decided that TitsOuten or the fat minger from their sh*tty soap should win

Vaughan and Jerry Hall for bottom two? Sounds good to me, but Jerry won't be in the bottom 2 because of the "Anton factor" defined by being paired with one of the most popular pro dancers. She also wasn't in the bottom 2 on the leaderboard. 2 from Vaughan, Johnny Ball or Nicky Byrne in the dance-off for me, though i missed Nicky's dance this week. I'd be surprised if it was anyone else.

Another brilliant show last night pair two from Johnny Ball, Richard Arnold & Michael Vaughan as the dance-off bottom two IMHO.
...... and the ratings are in for last night:
SCD averaged 9.9m, 43.5% share; peak–11.3m, 46.0% XF averaged 8.68m, 36.2% share; peak–9.89m, 39.8%
So last Sunday's controversial XF has far from generating extra viewers as surely intended has instead lost them 1.1million viewers. Serves them right.

Oh my, how far the scissor sisters have fallen, that was bleeding awful! Ball went which was the fairest result I guess.

Either of the bottom two going would have been fine - though usually the token pensioner lasts a little bit longer.

I thought it was good that the Scissor Sisters were getting the chance to perform the song, the one they released around May time, whatever it was called, deserved more exposure than just R2. But that song last night was certainly..er..interesting! It may go down better in the clubs i guess.
Bit surprised that Richard found himself bottom 2. When making that post above I did consider he might be there but thought he'd avoid it for the entertainment value. Expected Johnny to go, but they were both worse in the dance-off (with the novelty of Richard actually wearing off for me) so Richard being saved by all the judges came as a surprise.

The blatant bias towards Denise was once again fully evident last night after the token "low" scores of last week getting 9s for a safe and boring dance full of faults that were glossed over...

Delighted that Fern went - they just need to get rid of that manboobed moron from her show and stop giving Denise grossly inflated scores. Getting Kimberly into the bottom two was a nice publicity stunt for the "performance" of those scrubbers next week and its clear that Craig either dislikes Louis or has been told to mark him harshly to ensure that the producers pet stays safely atop the leaderboard where she doesn't belong. Lisa seems to be getting worse each week and Victoria is improving.

Lisa's was my favourite performance from the weekend, and given how popular she seems to be I did wonder whether she might go all the way and win it. Although I think she would need to be higher up the leaderboard to do so. At the very least I hope she reaches the final.
Fern and Richard gone in the last 2 weeks was right, and Nicky in the dance-off this week was also right, always expected Victoria to be saved again. I think Kimberley's problem when she was in the dance-off last week was she chose a song that may have been unknown to viewers, certainly wasn't a song I knew, and song choice is considered a reason why people can leave, (Hingis has been mentioned as one example in the past).

Getting down to the nitty gritty now, be interesting to see who goes in the next couple of weeks. What I find refreshing, is when the judges have to decide who to boot, they just make a decision, none of this crap x factor ooh it's so difficult!

Why am I not surprised that the producers pet was given 10s for a dull routine full of mistakes? And the routines they made Victoria and Louis do were a joke! What does the BBC have against successful Olympians?
I predict the final two will be the essex one and the one from the talentless girl bland with third place being the one from kiddies tv.
