18. Fame :: 4.31 Despite picking up 1 score of 10, Fame is the least liked of the 18 Bowie tracks to make it to the final, with 5 voters giving it a score of 2 or less.
17. All The Young Dudes :: 5.08 A surprising finalist, but two voters gave this a 0, and so it just about scores half marks overall.
16 . Golden Years :: 5.31
15 . Suffragette City :: 5.77
14 . Fashion :: 5.92
13 . China Girl :: 6.23
12 . Changes :: 6.38
11 . Sound And Vision :: 6.62
The average score of the 234 marks given was 6.70. The lowest average from any individual was 4.56, whilst the highest was 8.67.

Two tracks share the third step of the podium...
3= . Space Oddity :: 7.69 only one 10 pointer, but 4 people gave Bowie's first chart topper 9 points
3= . Heroes :: 7.69 three 10 pointers, but two fours mean this iconic anthem has to settle for bronze

Which leaves us with two Bowie tracks.
2nd Place
Starman :: 7.77
The most famous track on the Ziggy Stardust album only reached #10 in the UK singles chart, but it is Haven's second favourite David Bowie tune.

Haven's Favourite David Bowie songis.......
1st Ashes To Ashes :: 9.31
I can't recall a Haven rate of any sort ever giving a song a score above 9.0. But Ashes To Ashes clocked 10/10 from 8 of the 13 voters, plus two 9s, two 8s and one 7. It is therefore, by a long way, Haven's #1 Bowie tune.

I'm sure I was the lowest average. I don't really like Bowie and if you don't like an artist it does tend to affect your opinion of their songs but I gave an honest vote.
The one song I really do like is Ashes To Ashes and this is obviously reflected in the overall voting.

"Ashes To Ashes" really is one of the greatest artistic statements of the 20th century. If an alien came down and asked to play it a single that represented what humankind was capable of, I think I'd play that. It's astonishing in scope and composition, has that glorious melancholic, world-weary zeitgeist, and features a man who once nicked a Teletubby.

The high score of Ashes To Ashes though is probably reflected by the fact that those who don't like David Bowie probably didn't bother to take part in this rate.
That explains why in the #1s rate for 1980 it was beaten by Atomic, although I think it may have come 2nd.
This really was a great "comeback" to form after the releases of Boys Keep Swinging, John I'm Only Dancing (again) and his cover of The Alabama Song (originally by The Doors).

I'm not sure I follow your logic there - I'm sure people who don't like Bowie were less likely to vote, but even if everyone who voted in this rate thought 'Atomic' was better than 'Ashes To Ashes' (which I don't, BTW) 'Atomic' still wouldn't be eligible in a Bowie rate would it? For the record, I love 'Boys Keep Swinging' and it'd be in my Bowie Top 10, and 'Alabama Song' (not a Doors original) isn't bad either. I quite like 'DJ' as well.

My "logic" explained why Ashes To Ashes finished so high here but didn't win its year in the number ones rate.
And yeah, the Alabama Song was originally written by Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill in 1927. The Doors also recorded it and made a lyric change that Bowie adapted into his version.
