POI is easily one of the best shows I've ever watched.
I've seen the final season, and won't say anything spoilery - it is stunning though.

We've studiously avoided any detailed mention of it but have heard a couple of things although fortunately nothing in relation to any particular character.

Yeah, I want to not know anything, in the earlier season when they killed off the cop, I was well shocked, because I'd managed not to find out about it.

This season is so good, I just think there is a twist somewhere, its all a virtual reality game, as they have been toying with it

Just 3 episodes to go but I expect there'll be lots of twists and turns yet.
I've done my best to void any knowledge of what happens and have been mostly successful.

I still think Root is alive, last night's episode was actually one of the best I've seen, there is potential for a spin off series with those 3 characters, but I don't think that is going to happen.

I don't think Root is going to survive - it sounds as if the Machine is taking her over.
Gripping TV though of a consistently high standard - can't wait to see how it all pans out.

The suspense is killing me - really building up to an explosive climax.
Don't know how it will work out.

I was a bit concerned that the machine seemed to be saying that humans couldn't look after them selves without her input, made it sound like the machine thought we were the problem, but surely she wont delete us all?

Nice how they rounded it up, but obviously it could carry on, but I guess the viewing figures aren't there, so a good way to finish it, shame about Reece, but good to die a hero like his dad, but does anyone know he died a hero And I love that Glasses got back with his real life wife.

How awesome was that.
I had tried to avoid any spoilers but I did know some of the team didn't make it but not who.
I have suspected Root "copping" it so early might have been a red herring but no.
Who ever suspected Fusco to make it through to the end? He was hot favourite to getting the chop when they blindsided everyone by killing off Carter instead.
We couldn't decide whether Finch did really get back with his ex-lover or if that was a case of "one person remembering you".
This and Spooks mu two alltime favourite programmes.

I have really enjoyed this series even after they chopped and changed the channels and the time slots. A reasonably good ending, I will have to find something else to watch now.

Man, I'd forgotten how hot Carter was, as she's briefly in the 1st ep. Funny seeing Reece in a faded leather jacket for a few scenes as well, rather than "the suit" And as this was aired in 2012, and we were in NY in late 2011, I'm pretty sure we saw them filming some of this, but didn't know what it was. Having watched the 1st ep. the scene where Reece and Finch walk through Central Park, that was it!
