Yep. Best act of the entire series eliminated tonight in favour of a little kid ripping off Puff Daddy ripping off The Police.

Is it true that Britain's Got Talent has entrants that are not from Britain?

Quite a few. Last year's winners were Hungarian.

It arguably makes the name of the programme rather misleading but I have no objection to non-British acts entering. If an act wants to enjoy major success they stand more chance of doing so by winning Britain's Got Talent than they do by winning the Romanian or Ukrainian equivalent so why shouldn't they go for it? We should see it as a compliment that the British market is seen as being so important, probably even more important than the German market.

A lot of that does make sense in a free market, capitalistic sense, yes.

Cant believe the flashy light people were booted off. They were about the only act i really enjoyed. Maybee a backlash because they were from the ukraine?

Why would there be a backlash against someone from the Ukraine? Wouldn't that foster support and sympathy?
