So much for my theory that Bournemouth might let themselves down after gaining promotion to the Prem League, at least Earl P and Tom also thought along those lines I'm going to reveal the monthly wins of all the current players over the coming days... Andy (12) โ January/February 2005, January/February 2006, March 2006, April 2009, November 2009, April 2012, September 2012, January 2013, February 2013, November 2013, September 2014, March 2015

With me I thought back to Reading's midweek promotion a few years ago when the title was still at stake for the following game, there was slightly less to play for and it was only 4 days after all the celebrations and we had a disappointing 2-2 draw at home to Palace, albeit with 10 men for half the game. I thought our title chances had gone so couldn't believe it when Southampton's defeat in the late kick-off meant we were crowned champions with a game to spare. Bournemouth had slightly longer and it was a winnable game for them but I still thought having achieved the main goal of automatic promotion there would be a slight anti-climax.
Incredible that every time I've put 10 on Reading to lose we've won this season! I'll admit the last time there were a bit of tactics involved after what had happened before, but there certainly weren't any yesterday. I thought we were going to lose 5-0, only felt more confident when I saw our team line-up but still thought we'd lose 3 or possibly 4-0.

Bet tom is pleasently surprised by readings win! I think most people put derby 10 ha I think it was the most ridiculous Reading away game I've ever seen, 3-0 plus a clearance off the line and a penalty save. I actually missed our first goal live but luckily I was recording the game. Think i'm still in shock now!
Capped a perfect weekend for Reading, the U21s beat Aston Villa 1-0 on Friday evening to move to one win away from promotion to the top tier, and the U18s won 3-0 at Liverpool, and they've still got a chance of promotion as well. Also recorded that as it was shown live on LFC TV 11am kick off yesterday, glad I did now and will watch later today.
Did wonder whether you'd seen my post above!
