new US tv series. It´s about 2% of the world population suddenly disappearing, and what the consequences are for the people that remain...
watched the first 2 epis and it´s pretty good. Anyone else watching?
not sure how they´re gonna do a full season/more seasons though...

I'd read about it , looking forward to this starting over here. Think it's due in the Autumn? Is this the show with Liv Tyler in it, or am I getting this confused with something else?

What channel will it be on in the UK? Depends what 2% of the populaton disappear I guess, take out world leaders, military, nuclear power station operators and it might be interesting, take out chavs and old folk in care homes and nobody would notice...

Ah, Sky again, so around 200,000 in the country can watch it, brilliant!

did anyone watch this? the last epis have been EPIC!!!!
so I kinda liked the pilot and episode 2, but then episode 3 was like the worst thing ever on tv so I almost gave up... but watched 4&5 which were ok... then 6 was weird but pretty good... but then 7 was amazing, episode 8 even more amazing with an incredible ending, and then episode 9 was weird again but with an incredible twist in the end!!!
now I only need to watch the finale (episode 10), which I´ve read it´s amazing too!

Think you may be ahead of UK Pace as it starts here next week, so I wouldn't give too much away...

Yeah, seems to have taken ages for this show to come around, seen loads of adverts for it over the last few weeks. Finally starts here next Tuesday on Sky Atlantic.

The first episode is actually pretty good, I was so gripped I just had to watch the second episode on Sky Demand straight afterwards, 2nd episode didn't go anywhere though.
The Cult in white, or whatever you want to call them remains a sticky point with me, as they don't talk at all, why? They communicate by writing things to each other. And why is that girl so important, the chief's son is harbouring. His daughter is a bit of a wild one.

The Guilty Remnants (GR) are the people in white, not sure what that is all about at all, same with the cult where the chief's son is. His family dont appear to have lost anyone, but have still fragmented, because he was in bed with someone else? All very, very confusing, but in n intriguing way, just started watching ep.2.

Just watched the first episode. I liked it but i think all that writing and no speaking by the cult is going to get boring quite quickly. And what's with all that smoking? Thought it was a good twist about the police chief wife Lori, had assumed she'd vanished.
The thing with the pack of dogs was weird and the bloke who's going around shooting them.
Looking forward to the next episode.

I'm 1 episode ahead as I'm watching the episodes on demand, not going to give much away, but I found episode 3 really good, all I'm going to say it just centres on one character of the series, Christopher Eccleston, beautifully done.

Two episodes in, this is probably my favourite show out of all the new series that have kicked off in this autumn schedule. Really intrigued about the Guilty Remnants and where all those people disappeared to in the first place. Like Lost, I'm expecting to get more confused and be left with more questions than answers as this progresses though!
