I think they focus too much on the personality of the contestants when they're vetting for the show, and not enough emphasis on the business plan they're taking with them. From the 5 that made it to the interview stage, none of them seemed worthy of a quarter-million pound investment. It's the personalities and temperaments of the individuals that actually make this programme work. Let's not forget it's an entertainment show! No one really cares that much about the business plans until the second from last episode. In 2014, Solomon's disasterous business plan was probably the highlight and most memorable moment of the series.
