Only took about three years for Melisandre's curse to take its effect on old papa Greyjoy!

just like epi 1, all happens in the last 5 minutes, too many story lines that go nowhere

Only took about three years for Melisandre's curse to take its effect on old papa Greyjoy! And to no avail anyway as Stannis was already a goner! Who'd have thought Greyjoy would have been the last of the 5 kings standing!?

I'm a bit miffed about the Bolton scene... I mean he totally deserved it for the way he was baiting Ramsey about his new heir... but I still wanted it to be one of the Starks to get justice by finishing him off

personally, no much storytelling so far, just killing characters for the sake of it, don't see many arch stories being started that could lead to something interesting... I got the feeling they're killing characters to get the wow effect but there's not much reasoning behind it...

I think they're just approaching the ultimate ending so they have to start killing off those who they don't intend to be there

I have to say that scene was the most unbelieving, would Bolton's men really support Ramsay, you could see it with the sand snakes, but not so much at the Bolton's. I think Bran's flashbacks are going to prove VERY interesting, why could Hodor/Willis speak, what did he witness/happen to him to make him say only one word? Assume we are going to see more about Lysa, and what really happened to her? Also, why was that Stark at the Wall, what had he done to be banished there, it's not been explained has it?

Ramsay will be killed by the Starks, I reckon, and possibly Walder Frey will too.
I did think it was cool how Roose's death - stabbed in the heart by someone he was close to - was pretty much exactly what he did to Robb.

I hope you're right about Frey! I know he was included in the season trailer, but I just can't see how he's going to come back into the fold? He's so far away from Jon and Sansa, and are they really going to abandon the wall and the war against the White Walkers to avenge their brother and mother? I thought maybe Little Finger could get involved and finish him off since he was so in love with Cat, and also he now commands the soldiers of the vale who as far as I can tell have been pretty much untouched so far as they haven't left their homelands and no one's attacked them. But saying that, did the Hill Tribe warriors ever get to launch an attack on them with the weapons the Lannisters gave them??

Also I can't wait for next weeks flashback!! I think it's going to either confirm or deny the longest standing fan-theory L+R=J.

Did anyone else think Lord Greyjoy's brother was actually a figment of his own imagination and not real? They'd just been saying 'the dead will never die' or something and then his long-lost supposedly dead brother reappears! All quite intriguing

Will the Frey's not turn on the Bolton's as they killed one of his many daughters, or will that be explained as a "poisoning" as well

Hmm I can't see that being the case about Greyjoy. If that's what it is it wasn't executed well at all. They haven't really made any suggestions that he was going loopy.
