Gold for GB in the team sprint!
Great ride for the men's team pursuit too. GB's cyclists look like they've timed their form to perfection yet again.
Fiji dominating the rugby sevens final and their first ever medal will be gold. Great silver for GB nevertheless.

Early days, but we're looking good in the velodrome again. Hopeful of GB medals today in rowing and cycling, and maybe dressage too. I suspect Jo Pavey will be aiming for Top 10 in the 10,000m. With luck Jess E-H and Kat J-T will have good starts to the heptathlon, and Andy Murray will reach the semi-finals in the singles and mixed doubles. The sport I'm looking out for today is Trampolining. Never watched it before. There's a field of 16 in the women's event, and 2 of them are Brits.

GOLD FOR GB!! Glover and Stanning defend their title! Dominated the race early, building up a huge lead and left the rest of the field too much to make up.
