Well done Haven for coming up with such an interesting selection of songs. Big hits and obscurities. Many genres covered.
18 of the selected tracks finished in my personal Year End Top 100, including 3 which I hadn't heard before. Shame I couldn't give bigger points to more songs. And some good ones didn't even get 1 point from me.
Maybe 2016 wasn't such a bad year for new music after all.

After 17 votes, the top 3 are separated by only 3 points! 4 songs still on no points!
Still 8 participant votes to come from the following, Borneoman, Earl Purple, Laurence, Raliverpool, Roo, SherriffFatman, Vastariner and Vya. Plus, I was hoping people like Martin, Big Dan, S1m and others would vote.

All 52 songs are on Spotify. I have shuffled them into a random order

What a diverse list when you see it like that but bit annoyed that Sunflower Bean have 2 songs, they are going to split their votes I think

I don't want a deluge at the end of the year when I'm not around.

The sheer number of songs is both an advantage and a disadvantage.
When it comes to Indievision, I listen to them all, all the way through, a few times, to get a definitive order. That's usually because you essentially have to vote for 1 in 2 songs.
With this number, although there is a wider variety of songs and names, it's easier to eliminate songs quickly. I don't need to repeat-listen a song to know that, given only 1 in 5 songs will make the top 10, it will never do so.
The main disadvantage is there is so much computerized soulless anonymous EDM sh*te that I now want to assassinate wide swathes of DJs.

So after all that you are keeping it open until the new year. Oh well, I voted, and can relax, even though my votes may have gone slightly differently if I'd had more time to listen to a shortlist of songs, having eliminated most of them like Vas did.
Actually, discounting my own two, thus it started with 50 songs, my first elimination took it down to 28.
