06/10/2017 Marillion - Living in FEAR
The defacto title track of the progressive rock group's 19th studio album is given a single edit remix and makeover. FEAR stands for f*** Everyone And Run which was a business philosophy mantra that Donald Trump bragged about in his book How To Get Rich, which he is certainly putting into "good" force as POTUS.

11/10/2017 Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds - Holy Mountain
The Chief returns with a new album called Who Built The Moon out 24th November produced by David Holmes. This 2110s meets early 1970s single features Paul Weller on organ, and Damon Albarn on the Beach Boys woohs vocals.
Not since the release of Lady Gaga's Born This Way" have I been perplexed of the stupidity of people, so called music fans, and many journalists. All those crying out oh it rips off Ricky Martin "She Bangs" when that hook was a rip off of a Chuck Berry song (a la Madonna's Express Yourself ripped off The Staples Singers' Respect Yourself .... a still can't get over a year or so later when Sheridan Smith did "Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend" on Strictly Come Dancing with a number of the professional dancers recreating the original 1949 Broadway musical scene in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, made famous by the 1953 film starring Marilyn Monroe, then got a load of abuse on Twitter for ripping off Madonna's Material Girl video!) makes makes me want to hit my head on my PC desk. Especially as Holy Mountain lifts a part of David Bowie's Diamond Dogs; and sounds inspired by Plastic Bertrand - Ca Plane Pour Moi.
Either way this is effortlessly superior to Noel's younger brother dull Robbie Williams homage album "As You Were".

18/10/2017 Dizzee Rascal - Bop N Keep It Dippin
Still making much better records than Craig David, but no longer receiving any radio music airplay, despite back in July, the grime pioneer returned with the strong new album Raskit. He has gone in all in to make a brilliant Guy Ritchie inspired London Gangster movie video only much funnier and more blood & violence. Not only is this perhaps the best video I've seen this year, but it contains one of the best anglophile lyrical lines of the 21st century which would mean nothing to an American: " ... back in time when Billie Piper was a singer and Sheridan was in Two Pints ..."
