Most talented singer from any TV "create a music star" show.
Some years before Amy Macdonald "Fame Academy" star Sinead Quinn recorded her amazing "Ready To Run" album with very similar music style and sound.
23 years after Sue Wilkinson's main hit, "I Can't Break Down" (UK # 2) became the second single in my weekly chart, which spent 10 weeks at # 1. The follow-up single "What You Need Is" (UK # 19) spent 7 weeks at # 1.

I did like her and she was talented but the most successful artist in my chart from any "create a music star" show by a long distance is Lucy Spraggan, who has had 2 #1s in my chart and a few other hits.
And if you count "Must Be The Music" then Missing Andy also did really well in my chart, and have had one of the biggest NM hits of the decade so far with "Dave". Their single M.I.E (The Way We're Made) had already been in my chart before they appeared on that show. That one, and "Sing For The Deaf" then briefly graced the UK top 40.
And of course Jive Aces appeared on "Britain's Got Talent" after they had already had all their big hits in my chart. Their gig in Hyde Park in the summer of 2012 did introduce me to Tich though...
And then there was a certain Sheena Easton.
Fame Academy was an attempt to do a more "credible" pop stars (x-factor hadn't started yet) where the contestants had to write or co-write their own songs.

I guess mine would be the winner of the 1976 Icelandic junior "Sing Me A Song" competition:
