No change at #1, and the highest new entry of 2 weeks ago moves up to #2. Hudson Taylor appear to be a duo, with those being their surnames, and this is their 5th NM hit dating back to 2012, and by far their biggest. The others have been:

Battles (#38, 2012)
Care (#41, 2013)
Chasing Rubies (#67, 2014)
World Without You (#32, 2015)

so almost a hit a year but nothing in 2016.

The highest new entry is by Eskies, an Irish band. They have had two previous hits, both in 2014, and they both did very well. "Fever" entered in April and peaked at #3 on 3rd May. "Jesus Don't Save Me" did even better, entering the chart on 1 November 2014 and reaching #1 3 weeks later, staying on top for 3 weeks.

Wow high entry for Embrace , it’s the first song of theirs I have never charted in fact it is the first to not even make my 40. It’s still on my playlist but I am struggling it’s just so not there , no real positives for me at all sadly.

Jennifer Jones, the highest new entry, is just so retro. The verses are a bit reminiscent of "Happy Together", the chorus has a similar melody to "Monday Morning 5:19" but it is just a gripping song. The lyrics appear to have nothing to do with the early 20th century actress.

Also is that a new song from Hurricane #1 ? Very 1999 these entries wonder who is in the band as Andy Bell is back with a Ride,

I assume it's a new song. I don't normally chart re-issues, but if it's an old track that was never released that is ok. There was such a case a few months ago where an artist released something he had written and recorded in 1987 but had never been released back then because of course back then you needed a record company to release it... Not sure if the recording released was the 1987 one or a re-release.

Kai Fish appears to be releasing a song a week at the moment, and a video to go with them. He used to play bass guitar in the band the Mystery Jets.

Wow Inheaven highest new entry, they have had lots of hits in my chart think maybe 7 or 8, they have had two top 10 'Treats' and 'Regeneration'. They originally had a male vocalist but now most of their songs are female sung.

The Screens expectedly get a second week at #1 but are now strongly challenged to get a 3rd by the climb by Inheaven. Swedish band Baboon Show get the highest new entry - they have had many hits before, including a few top 5 hits but never yet a #1. Morrissey has had loads of #1s but only comes in 3rd with the new entries.

Kai Fish gets two singles in the top 5 at the same time. It is rare that that happens, even with the various artists who release regularly. (This Gizmo had #4 and #9 one week in 2014). The 1960s charts, where A and B sides counted separately in the USA mean that we do see artists getting both songs charting high (e.g. the Beatles who had #1 and #2 with Strawberry Fields Forever and Penny Lane and have had #1 and #3 a few times). That ended near the end of 1969 so I won't be charting them separately once Billboard stopped doing so (other than those that have already entered, so Come Together and Something will be treated separately as they were both already in the chart at the time).

Its struggling a little in my chart but mostly because there is so much good stuff above it

Well it doesn't sound like their other music. A similar hit to this one is "California Sun" by Baby Strange which reached #1 in my chart in 2015. It's likely to be one of my nominations for October's "non-hit single of the month" so I'll have to see how it does in there.

I noticed by the way that when Eskies were last in the chart was around the same time that Emma Stevens had her previous biggest hit, but on that occasion Eskies came out on top.
