The Cooper Temple Clause – Homo Sapiens www.youtube.com/watch?v=TvRp6zdG3Rk"Homo Sapiens" is the first proper single release from The Cooper Temple Clause's third album Make This Your Own released on 22 January 2007. You can't overestimate the limits of aggression of an animal created in the image of God himself

1900. The Mooney Suzuki – First Comes Love
The Mooney Suzuki were a really underrated rock band, there music always told stories and painted vivid pictures, they broke up in 2008 shortly after this album (Have Mercy) was released in 2007

1899. Weezer – We Are All On Drugs www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0OVpyvey4UAhh Weezer, at the time I never really got the irony of this song, but I do appreciate it looking back now but this wasn't the direction they should have gone, first single Beverly Hills didn't make my 2000 and this the 2nd single really set the band back years. The album "Make Believe" isn't a bad album, they just picked the wrong singles to lead the album, by the time they released the excellent Perfect Situation and the equally excellent This Is Such a Pity it was too late to undo the damage, I mean they had very good songs in "The Damage in Your Heart" and "The Other Way" just sitting there as album tracks

1898. Delays – This Town's Religion www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDJX5bbrHeMYou See Colours was such a good album and a great follow up to their debut album Faded Seaside Glamour, I did catch them live in 2007 and they are sill together but there singer Greg (aged 39) was diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer, thousands rallied to support him, an appeal to pay for cancer treatment for the lead singer of indie band Delays reaches its £100,000 target in 48 hours. The Doctors say theres a 99% chance it will come back but he is spending the time he has with his family and I hear making new m usic

1896. The Warlocks – Baby Blue www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzdI71M2AXYStoner rock at its best from Californian psychedelic rockers from there excellent 2nd album Phoenix, The album received a largely positive critical response, being much compared to bands of the 1960s, such as The Velvet Underground and The Grateful Dead. Critics also commented on the number of drug references in the lyrics

Ha I know right, I have 2 month until I need to start my Top 200 songs of 2018 round late November/early December so I haven't got a lot on, the keen observer would notice 2 Melody Club songs so far, I remember I put it on hold until after Haven Factor 3 when I was going to use Melody Club, they have 17 entries here so that would've been a big give away, however I put off using them until the most recent Haven Factor, doh
