I tried to get this down to 100 but it was hard enough getting it down to 200! Anyway, I've done a list of the songs that I love to hesr the most at this time of the year - meaning there will be one or two which aren't exactly Christmas Songs (but if 'Stay Another Day', which is about somebody's brother committing suicide, is widely recognised as a Christmas song then some of these should be ok to be too!)
I've tried to limit it to just one version of each song to avoid clogging the chart up with multiple versions of 'White Christmas' and 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas'.
200. Santa's A Scotsman - Scottish Quest All-Stars 199. Ho! Ho! Ho! (Who'd Be A Turkey At Christmas) - Elton John 198. A Winter's Tale - Queen 197. Jesus Born On This Day - Mariah Carey 196. Ring Out Solstice Bells - Jethro Tull 195. I've Got My Love To Keep Me Warm - Dean Martin 194. The Season's Upon Us - Dropkick Murphys 193. Cool Yule - Louis Armstrong 192. New Year - Sugababes 191. Christmas Lullaby - Belinda Carlisle
190. A Snowflake Fell (And It Felt Like A Kiss) - Glasvegas 189. One Wish (For Christmas) - Whitney Houston 188. The Magic Of The Night - Enya 187. O Little Town Of Bethlehem - Elvis Presley 186. Frosty The Snowman - The Ronettes 185. Zat You Santa Claus - Louis Armstrong 184. Another Year Has Gone By - Celine Dion 183. Wonderful Christmastime - Paul McCartney 182. Wrap Myself In Paper - Magnus Carlsson 181. Make It Wonderful - Erasure

That's an impressive quantity of Christmas songs!
A few that would be in my top 50 have already appeared.

Certainly on my list and would be a lot higher. Good to see this on your list at all. Was my Christmas #1 of 2012. I entered it to one of the Haven Christmas contests. It did ok...

You count anything seasonal as a Christmas song, even that "Somewhere Only We Know" cover...
As well as the many Christmas songs I've had over the last few years, with a Christmas song at #1 every year in the last 10 except for in 2014, I've also had two Chanukah songs get to #1 and a handful of others in the chart but they're rare and many are awful.

TBH there's probably more of these I DON'T know than do!
Thought We Should Be Together was one of Cliff's weakest.

You count anything seasonal as a Christmas song, even that "Somewhere Only We Know" cover... . Well its hard to know where to draw the line when songs like Stay another day, Let it snow and Baby its cold outside are almost universally considered as Christmas songs now. The Lily Allen cover is the only John Lewis track to feature, and it's here because I can't listen to it without thinking of Christmassy cartoon bunnies and foxes!!

100. I Haven't Got You Anything (This Christmas) - Bo Pepper 99. All I Want For Christmas Is New Year's Day - Hurts 98. Santa Baby - Eartha Kitt 97. Joy To The World - Mariah Carey 96. Wombling Merry Christmas - The Wombles 95. Merry Xmas Everybody - Slade 94. Dominick The Donkey - Lou Monte 93. Millennium Prayer - Cliff Richard 92. I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus - The Jackson Five 91. A Christmas Duel - The Hives & Cyndi Lauper
Quite low I know for Slade, but that could be to over-exposure over the years... Cliff's is the only one in this section not technically a Christmas song, but it's definitely a New Year one which is good enough in my eyes... I suppose I've got Chris Moyles to thank for introducing me to Dominick The Donkey, which is one good thing he's done I suppose... A Christmas Duel is blatantly an attempt at a modern day Fairytale Of New York, and is a good effort, and the only time you'll probably hear Cyndi Lauper singing about going down on someone's mother!

90. Once In Royal David's City - Sufjan Stevens 89. What Are You Doing New Year's Eve - The Carpenters 88. Silver Bells - Elvis Presley 87. From A Distance (Christmas Version) - Bette Midler 86. Underneath The Tree - Kelly Clarkson 85. I Believe - Elvis Presley 84. The Magic Of Christmas Day (God Bless Us Everyone) - Celine Dion 83. Sleigh Ride - The Ronettes 82. Better Days - Goo Goo Dolls 81. Marshmallow World - Darlene Love
Kelly Clarkson's hit will surely become one of the classic Christmas anthems in years to come... I Believe isn't really a Christmas song, but it has featured on many Christmas albums by different artists so I've decided to let it in, with Elvis's being my favourite version... Sleigh Ride maybe should be higher in hindsight, and you should definitely listen to the Wurzels version if you haven't already!

What If by Dame Winslet and My Favourite Things by Dame Andrews added to my Christmas car playlist immediately.
Fleet Foxes I listen to all year round. Great list so far!

80. Sweet Bells - Kate Rusby 79. Let It Go - Idina Menzel 78. Christmas Lights - Coldplay 77. Keeping The Dream Alive - Freiheit 76. River - Joni Mitchell 75. Saviour's Day - Cliff Richard 74. Christmas Through Your Eyes - Gloria Estefan 73. Little Christmas Tree - Michael Jackson 72. Rockin Around The Christmas Tree - Mel & Kim 71. Warm This Winter - Gabriella Cilmi
A few dubious selections in this section, but Let It Go is from Frozen and I can see it coming back every Christmas, Keeping The Dream Alive sounds Christmassy and has been on various festive compilations, River mentions Christmas and has been covered on Christmas albums by various artists including Nick Knowles and Warm This Winter is obviously a seasonal track if not really a Christmas one - actually it was originally a hit for Connie Francis, who narrowly missed out on a place in my top 200 with Baby's First Christmas!

What If by Dame Winslet and My Favourite Things by Dame Andrews added to my Christmas car playlist immediately. Fleet Foxes I listen to all year round. Great list so far! Thanks. I never used to consider the Fleet Foxes track to be Christmassy until it started getting covered on various Christmas albums... The same with Julie Andrews (although I suppose it's down to the fact that The Sound Of Music is on every Christmas, and she mentions 'brown paper packages tied up with string'). Kate Winslet I can justify more, as it was featured in the Christmas Carol movie!

60. I'll Be Home For Christmas - Josh Groban 59. December Will Be Magic Again - Kate Bush 58. Zombie Christmas - Emmy The Great & Tim Wheeler 57. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas - Frank Sinatra 56. Parade Of The Wooden Soldiers - The Crystals 55. Winter Wonderland - Johnny Mathis 54. Walking In The Air - Aled Jones 53. Baby It's Christmas - Bananarama 52. Christmas Eve - Celine Dion 51. Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) - Darlene Love
Each track now is a bonafide classic in my opinion. A few of these, like 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas', 'I'll Be Home For Christmas' and 'Winter Wonderland' have been sung wonderfully by many singers so it was hard to pick a favourite version.
Here's the original version of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas' to enjoy:

50. One Little Christmas Tree - Stevie Wonder Stunning track from his 1967 'Someday At Christmas' album. I discovered this song about ten years ago and it has had a prominent place on my Christmas playlist every year since.
