A bit late starting this and haven't seen much of it so far. Anyone seen any of it yet?
GB has sent its largest ever team to a Winter Olympics with a medal target of 5.
Poor weather has disrupted the first couple of days with some events being postponed due to high winds.

I've see none of it, usually I don't bother with the Winter Olympics, just stick with the Summer Olympics.

Saw the highlights Sat night and caught some of the Switzerland-Japan women's ice hockey yesterday morning. I think our realistic medal chances start today with Elise Christie don't they? So I'll try and watch the highlights more regularly from tonight.
Will try and watch more ice hockey if it continues to be shown at a reasonable time in the morning. Its one of my favourite events in the Winter Olympics.

I like the ice hockey as well, but would prefer watching highlights rather than live games, I enjoy the ice sprinting as well, think our main woman has just crashed out in the final, I'll watch that on the bbc highlights show tonight.

Yeah just the highlights. It's a bit of a long slog watching it all when you don't know most of the events or why x was better than y in terms of scoring points
and there's been very little Great British action so far. If any. Then when I do watch it's been pretty much ruined by the weather. I always enjoy the curling and skeleton/bobsleigh though

I prefer winter to summer Olympics. I like to watch sports we don't see the rest of the 4 year cycle. I watched moguls yesterday and the skill and speed is incredible. The snowboarding should have been delayed to later in week. The blizzard really wasn't safe to ride in. 9 out of 52 drops were completed safely says it all.

Another heartbreak for Elise Christie this morning. Taken out by the skater behind her (who wasn't penalised and ended up with a silver medal). Hopefully it's not going to turn into a repeat of Sochi for her.

Encouraging news from the skeleton practice sessions. GB's Laura Deas was quickest on the first run, and defending champion Lizzy Yarnold was quickest in the last run, while in the men's practice sessions, GB's Dom Parsons was quickest.

That brings us to 26 teams with a medal - equalling the record set at the last 3 games. 7 days of competition left to break it.

To absolutely no-one's surprise, a Russian has failed a drugs test.
To absolutely everyone's surprise, it was a curler.
If he gets disqualified then it will give Norway an extra bronze medal. And, at this stage, that would mean Norway have 9 golds, 9 silvers and 9 bronzes, which not only leaves them top of the medal table, but also makes them the most symmetrical medal winning nation.
