Portrait Artist of The Year - the paintings of Trevor Nelson were very good, particularly the one he picked. Ashley from Pussycat Dolls - when she got to see the paintings, she must have been thinking ''Err...I don't want any of 'em''.

The Stranger on Netflix - one of the best shows I've seen in a very long time, every episode is excellent - great cast too.

Wisten (or something), a subtitled drama that started last night on BBC 4 that features Carrie Ann Moss, and I decided to give Inspector Montelbano a go, for the first time. I shall stick with them both Montalbano isn't particularly taxing but is a good light drama and some of the scenery is fantastic. I enjoyed Wisting although I thought the first half was better than the second. I've watched World On Fire (broadcast last October and November) over the last week and thought it was very good. Not sure how long we have to wait for the second series.

I like Montalbano and it's scenery, but could do without one of the other characters - the panto/sitcom cop who keeps messing up and slapping his own forehead. I agree on Wisting, but was worth seeing through. I gave up on Bad Banks and The Passenger. I've not heard of World On Fire. There was a French series 'Just One Look' on BBC4 tonight. I hope it continues to be as good as it's first episode.

The Stranger is so ridiculously silly and contrived, but I'll see it through to the end.

Agatha Christie's The Pale Horse pt 1, which was very good.
Cobra ep 4. Not sure I want to keep on watching. It's very shouty.

Locke & Key on Netflix. Very watchable but I think it could have been far darker.

I'm really enjoying watching Ghost Whisperer on Sky Witness. Never saw it first time round.

Eastenders - Pulling out all the stops for the 35th anniversary- it's disaster week! The Outsider - still weird, still fab. The End - different, dark, some funny bits.

Russian Doll on Netflix, mad but brilliant! This is a brilliant series. I only watched it because Natasha Lyonne was in it (Nicky from OITNB), and I loved every minute!
