Billboard has decided to restrict access to their Dance Club Songs and Hot R&B/Hip Hop internet charts to non-paying members (the Hot 100 is still available free though). NOW, they have created 2 COOL YouTube channels that give the masses the same thing in a 6 to 7 minute, video collage of those charts every week (complete with track chart history). (bookmark/subscribe)
