Any major specials been announced, is even Doctor Who on this year? I do find it's not as good as when we were younger when there were blockbuster movies on that you were all excited for, whereas now everyone watches them on Sky Movies or dvd before Christmas rolls around Think, I'll just fall asleep in the corner during TOTP...

The Christmas Radio times is apparently out today though it isn't fully available nationwide until Tuesday. I'll be buying a copy, as I do every year. Does anyone else buy the Christmas issue? I've bought the Christmas and New Year double issue for so long that buying it has become something of a tradition for me. I'll have a look and see if it's in the newsagents when I go for my paper in the morning.
The magazine has a spine this year rather than staples. Given that the cost of the double issue is an eye watering £4.95 I'd say it's long overdue.

^^ Ep 1 of Xmas Carol was ace. Ep 2 tonight !
I hadn't spotted Dracula in the tv guide. I haven't gone through it properly yet, will do tomorrow with my trusty pink hi-lighter, circling all the good stuff. And probably grumbling that I'm not circling as much as I was expecting to ?!
Our tv guide (Xmas issue) usually has a fab fold out cover ,of Irish personalities done in caricature (sp?) Half the fun is guessing who they're meant to be.... but this year the cover is of a rabbit dancing with a badger. Not impressed.

The continuity announcer said ''chilling'', at the end of ep 2 of A Christmas Carol. He was not wrong.

I enjoyed it not knowing much about the show, but that cliffhanger, how evil! Some of the acts on totp were a little odd to say the least, James blunt, jack savoretti...
