Mind you i'm using a 12 year old laptop with windows 7, so better keep everything crossed.

Store important stuff in dropbox or onedrive etc and they get backed up automatically.
All my charts are in a dropbox folder.

I'm expecting both Amy entries to do very well, but I found it much more difficult to predict the bottom three. Richard Hawley? Biffy Clyro? Calvin Harris? Those are the three I went for, anyway.
Round 8, and I'm still waiting for my first Top 10 finish. Given I didn't get my 1st choice song this round, I'm not too hopeful that's going to change, although I don't think I'll be in the bottom three this time (makes a change!).

Calvin Harris will do ok, that song was quite popular. He won't win but won't be bottom either.
Biffy Clyro, the youtube version was ok, the version I had on Spotify annoyed me in that it took so long to get started. I had to roll forward 1 min 30 seconds for it. However they are so popular I think they'll be ok.
Not so the other Scottish act in there.

I struggled with bottom 3 as well, Modest Mouse with not being so well known?

Biffy Clyro will get big points from 3 or 4 people and very little from the rest. Could be enough to see them out of the bottom 3 but probably outside the top 10.
I had Hawley, FoW and Hours in the bottom three but am not very confident about any of those except Hawley.
For the top, I had Ronson/Winehouse, The Fray and Mika. Sugababes should also do well.

RESULTS SHOW 2007
Thanks to all 19 of us who voted this week. 10 different songs received a maximum. One song received 4 maximums and another 2 songs got 3 maximums. It was very close at the bottom all week. The bottom 5 places kept changing after every vote.

17 Glasvegas – Daddy's Gone - 128 points
Scottish indie rock band formed in 2003, this reached #12. This song was not very popular although it did get one maximum from mic1812. This is the first time the bottom score has received a maximum score. It was the 4 bottom scores than kept it here. It was entered by: The Thorne

I had Glasvegas as one of my last place predicta choices, but decided to go with Calvin Harris instead at the last moment ... not a great start!

What the..? I had Glasvegas eighth, but only because it was such a strong round. 'Daddy's Gone' is a brilliant song!
