Hello Serge! I'm always here, just not posting much. Music charts have become so dull...

Has Nia Archives had any chart success yet? I saw her in and out top 100, I think.

FLO's music is so outdated, their first singles sound like they are from early 00's. Don't like them at all. I even switched of the radio every time when their first single was on. And the fact that they haven't charted yet even with heavy Radio 1 support proves for me that they don't click with the public. So surprised BBC still tries to push it so hard. Surely Fred Again deserves to be #1 as the most talented but of course he should be Sound of 2022, not 2023. As for me I would name Nia Archives as Sound of 2023 because I think she is the most original artist among the suggested list.

Just dropped by to say that I've only discovered this 2020 EP by Lost Frequencies, and it's absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it to everyone who haven't heard it yet.

Who won it last year? I guess “Sound Of...” has no power at all lately. This top doesn’t correlate with artist future success anymore...

Rapper Pa Salieu has won BBC Music's Sound of 2021 - identifying him as Britain's most exciting musical talent thanks to his adventurous, infectious tracks with hard-hitting lyrics about life and death on the "frontline" in Coventry. In topping the Sound of 2021 list, Pa Salieu follows in the footsteps of previous winners like Adele, Ellie Goulding and Michael Kiwanuka. A rapper again 🙄🙄🙄

With the rise of global concerns over COVID-19, the film industry is just one of many in a state of upheaval. Announced today, both AMC and Regal will close all U.S. theaters, which totals over 1,200 between the two of them, for at least six to 12 weeks, effective March 17. In addition to theater closures, all the major distributors have been forced to move their upcoming releases, leaving something of a barren theatrical landscape looking forward. What began with the shifting of the release date for the next James Bond film, No Time to Die, from April 10 to November 8, soon became a tidal wave of date changes. Paramount moved A Quiet Place Part II from this coming weekend to an unspecified future release while Disney did the same with not only next week's release of Mulan, but also shifting 20th Century's The New Mutants Searchlight's Antlers, Marvel's Black Widow, The Personal History of David Copperfield and The Woman in the Window. In addition to that, Universal moved F9 out an entire year and Sony shifted Peter Rabbit 2 from April to an August release. Universal has also already announced they will be making last weekend's new release of The Hunt along with The Invisible Man and Focus's Emma available On Demand as early as this Friday. The studio still has Trolls World Tour set for an April 10 release, with plans to go day-and-date in theaters and On Demand at home. www.boxofficemojo.com/article/ed2758804484/

Discovered absolutely amazing band. I've downloaded their current album and it's brilliant! Looks like they are quite big in Australia but I've never heard of them before. Have you?

OMG! Can't believe it's been 20 years since the release of Sandstorm! I remember it like it was yesterday! And Darude himself looks like he is still in his 20's. #hot
Love this comment on Youtube:
Darude 1999: Dududududdudududu... Darude 2019: Look away, look away..
