"Positively 4th Street" USA #7 & UK #8 was released between Highway 61 Revisited and Blonde on Blonde, as the follow-up to Dylan's hit single "Like a Rolling Stone", but was not included on either album. A quite brilliant diss track at folk critics for him going electric "I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes...you'd know what a drag it is to see you." is a zinger of a line.

My first Artist Chart Domination dilemma ... Sonny Bono who had been in the music industry since 1959 as a writer & arranger & producer met Cher, who would become his wife, as a backup singer on many recordings, including the Ronettes' "Be My Baby" and the Righteous Brothers' "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'". She released her first solo single in 1963. But as they fell in love at Phil Spector's suggestion they teamed up as a duo. Whilst the Sonny Bono written & produced"I Got You Babe" gave them their USA & UK #1 smash, they were still releasing solo material, so for the purposes of this thread I'm counting them as separate entities. However, the act in 6th place (in this example the Rolling Stones) gets the stat as an extra week in the top 5.
