Man U v Spurs instead of Kettering v Fulham?
Whoever decided that needs to be fired.
Oh, wait, it's Granada.

And you'd think the first round, with less room for error and shorter games, is the one where you'd be most likely to see shocks, a la Part.

Unfortunately Sky does not have the rights or Jeff Stelling could have watched them live for once.

Brum/Wolves v Middlesbrough is a great tie with a strong chance of an upset, but possibly won't be shown because they don't know which ground it'll be at... The upset would be Boro winning. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that the first two will be a division higher than the third this time next year. But we've got to improve radically for that...

They will be thinking that no-one outside the Clough Way will really be that bothered. Had they both been in the Prem, then maybe, but the producers want to shake Shrek's hand so the chance of meeting Robert Earnshaw is not so attractive. Kettering-Fulham is the perfect tie (non-leage v Prem), and Cardiff-Arsenal not far off (and Cheltenham-cheaters would be good as well). But remember television people have the breadth of vision of a paramecium. They will think people will actually give a flying f*** about Man Ure v Spurs. After all, they picked Spurs-Wigan. Even the mothers of the players involved wouldn't have watched that.

Not a hope. Liverpool-Everton, Man U-Spurs, Cardiff-Arsenal, Kettering-Fulham and the cheating b*st*rd game.
Can I also correct the league ladders? Chelsea are NOT the Blues. They are the Pensioners. They stole money from Siberians, they shouldn't steal our nickname as well. f***ing artificial moneylaunderers.

Death to ITV! You mean Granada? That thing last night was a north-west special. It was beyond pathetic. You had three big shocks and in total they had less coverage than a routine Liverpool win that had already been shown live. Mind you, in the last 25 years the only things on ITV I have watched are sport and Tiswas Reunited.

Well, one cracking semi, after Wade rediscovered his form, but when you have three darts at double 4 to win a set to drop the first into 13 is CRIMINAL. That probably cost him a place in the final, he would have been 3-1 up instead of at 2-2.

Blues go marching on into the 4th round hat with a magnificent frozen pitch. I wouldn't put it past Karren Brady to have left the pitch bare in minus 10 conditions deliberately so she can suss out whether the 4th round tie is one worth having or not. If it's Fulham away then we field the reserves against Wolves, difficult next round with little gate money. If it's Kettering at home, go for it.

Taylor had a 10 darter a couple of rounds ago. You think the semis will be cracking? I think they will be embarrassingly one sided.
About time Anderson got it together in the BDO. Too much underachievement.

I think I should claim a share in Barney's 20k for the nine-darter, I obviously encouraged him.

Baxter = Bottle Rocket. Wade has underachieved but is getting better. Barney seems to be getting worse. Maybe it's Klaasen in the final? Should be a quick one then...
