Dorothy - Black Sheep
Dorothy are an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2014. The band consists of vocalist Dorothy Martin, drummer Jason Ganberg, guitarists Devon Pangle and Eli Wulfmeier, and bassist Eliot Lorango. They released their first project, a self-titled EP, in 2014. Rolling Stone deemed them "a [band] you need to know," and named them #14 on their 50 Best New Artists of 2014 list. They have released 3 albums since then including 2022 album "Gifts from the Holy Ghost" which I promise I will get round to reviewing soon. They just released a video for this last week so thought its a good one to start with

Good call, I have this on my playlist already I've been subbed to Nuclear Blast's channel for a while. They put out a lot of good stuff across the metal and heavier rock spectrum.

Webbed Wing - I'm Feelin Alive
New song by Webbed Wing, which is the project of Philadelphia-based Taylor Madison, formerly of the grunge band Superheaven. Taking notes from the likes of The Lemonheads and Teenage Fanclub, Webbed Wing encapsulates everything lyrically gripping about indie and everything vibrant about modern pop. While also expertly intertwining the heaviness of metal and the earnesty of country, the band blends all these different aspects of their craft into something highly palatable and new.

Meet Me @ The Altar - Say It (To My Face)Meet Me at the Altar is an American pop punk band formed in 2015. Initially, the three members—all of whom lived in different states at the time—worked on music remotely through the internet. The band went on their first tour in 2018, and were signed by Fueled by Ramen in 2020 and they released a decent EP last year I know TheThorne loved, they might've even been a #1 in his chart, " Feel A Thing" did well in my chart but this one is my favourite song they've done so far

Electric Callboy - ARROW OF LOVE
Electric Callboy (formerly known as Eskimo Callboy) are a German band that fuse Electronic Dance Music and Metalcore that result in something you can only describe as aggressively good vibes. This is their latest track and as usual has a great video to go alongside it. Oh and their new album just charted at #1 in Germany

NITA STRAUSS - The Wolf You Feed (ft. Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy)I missed a few days so let's have a catch up, next up is a real treat if you like to hear women growl lol. Nita Strauss is an American rock musician who is currently Demi Lovato’s touring guitarist and was a former touring guitarist for Alice Cooper from 2014 to 2022 and has a successful career as a solo artist. This one is featuring Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy who I don't know a great deal about other than she is in a melodic metalcore band, has blue hair, some pipes on her and has been dating the guitarist of American horror punk band Misfits Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein since 2014, they often pop up on each other's tours and albums

Yes, more growly women please I struggle with most death metal, even the more melodic stuff but I do love a bit of Arch Enemy. Host track is great too.

Asylums - Signs Of Life
Asylums have released 4 albums now, I think I came across them in 2016 with "“Joy In A Small Wage”, glad they are still making bangers. Their music is melodic and melancholic with a late 90’s feel, they also release their music on their own Cool Thing Records label so not much promo.

Postmodern Jukebox ft. Puddles Pity Party - All The Small Things
You might recognise this one from the new John Lewis advert but YouTube recommended this one to me ages ago and i thought it was a masterpiece, the whole song with puddles the clown backed by the Postmodern Jukebox is even better believe me!
