they refused to let their player have a medical because no fee has been agreed, a medical is the last port of call for a transfer!
how can west ham let their player go and finalise a move when nothing has been agreed yet?
man u are acting fishy

FACT - West Ham stunned the Premiership champions by refusing to give permission for the fitness checks, insisting that they had not reached an agreement with United over the transfer.
how many utd players go for medicals with other teams before any kinda deal has been offered....NONE....EVER
so dont get all pissy, its man utd's fault for not dealing with the club as instructed by the premier league

Although it would be exciting for the transfer to go through, daz is absolutely right. Having a medical before the transfer has been completed smacks of tapping up..
Saying that I'm sure on transfer deadline day some players have medicals before tieing up loose ends

"The player and West Ham will take the case to the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber. We're very confident, as is the player, that the situation will be resolved in favour of Tevez. He will then be free to achieve his, and our, wish to join [Manchester] United.

basically if west ham had let tevez have a medical with man u and man u have arranged a deal/fee with joorabchain. man u wont be paying west ham a penny and the premier league would deduct west ham points or even relegate them. man u are sly trying to steal a player and get west ham in trouble, no agreement has been met so west ham have handed it over to fifa to sort out the move to man u because man u are just not listening or following correct procedure.
contact west ham (not done) > agree a fee (not done) > then have a medical. which says to me they have been dealing with mr money laundering guy and were trying to push a deal through that only suited themself. im proud west ham stood upto them, a much bigger team and said do it right.

Joorabchan says that West Ham have been lying publically about the agreement, and he's going to contact the FIFA and the FA as he's lost patience with them. If it proves that he had no contract with West Ham it will prove that West Ham shouldnt be in the Premier League this season. Even a West Ham fan i know thinks they got away with it.

I really couldn't care less about this anymore, it all sounds somewhat corrupt and has been dragging on for way too long!
