50 (68) Daniel Bedingfield - Gotta Get Through This 49 (17) Jam - Going Underground / Dreams Of Children 48 (24) U2 - Beautiful Day 47 (**) Tomcraft - Loneliness 46 (26) Pink Floyd - Another Brick In The Wall 45 (**) Beatles - Yellow Submarine / Eleanor Rigby 44 (20) Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Two Tribes 43 (92) David Bowie - Space Oddity 42 (16) Oasis - Hindu times 41 (47) Fugees - Killing Me Softly
Quite a bit of movement here...Oasis and U2 take large falls due to me going off them both in the past year or so...The Beatles get their highest entry at 45 purely for Eleanor Rigby and NOT Yellow Submarine. Tomcraft also enter...Another song that I got bored of but then don't listen to for a while then love again. David Bowie gets the second biggest climb up 49 at 43 with Space Oddity.

40 (79) Streets - Dry Your Eyes 39 (65) Snap - Rhythm Is A Dancer 38 (07) Dexy's Midnight Runners - Geno 37 (60) Tori Amos - Professional Widow 36 (12) Offspring - Pretty Fly (For A White Guy) 35 (**) Gorillaz - Dare 34 (**) Baby D - Let Me Be Your Fantasy 33 (**) R Kelly - Ignition (Remix) 32 (10) Clash - Should I stay or should I go? 31 (37) No Doubt - Don't Speak The new entries are still quite frequent with 3 more here and 5 still to come... Gorillaz excellent Dare from last year, 90s classic from Baby D and R Kelly's Ignition (Remix) due to it becoming somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me recently ![:-[](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/sStDBPuQXleoqpIJwHYi.gif) We have the first of last years top 10 as Dexy's Miidnight Runners fall from 7 to 38 (I'm not quite sure why it was so high...) and The Clash. Snap and Tori Amos make notable climbs..

Good to see Tori Amos doing so well - it is really one of the best dance tracks ever (not that I'm biased ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/VlIgriqcSABxIkcFJKdM.gif) ) That D Ream song is really good too - just try and forget about Labour ruining it.

30 (62) Black Box - Ride On Time 29 (35) Police - Message in a bottle 28 (**) Specials - Ghost Town 27 (14) Blur - Country house 26 (**) Prodigy - Breathe 25 (45) Armand Van Helden ft Duane Harden - You Don't Know Me 24 (30) Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin' Beats 23 (84) Pet Shop Boys - It's A Sin 22 (18) Police - Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic 21 (**) Stereophonics - Dakota
3 of the 5 top 30 new entries drop here. The Prodigy and Specials songs I only really got into over the last 12 months and Stereophonics was from last year. Pet Shop Boys get the biggest climb up a massive 61 places to 23! Lots of other climbers too from The Police (x2), Chemical Brothers, Armand Van Helden and Black Box with Blur being the only faller

20 (11) Michael Jackson - Billie Jean![](http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B000CNEQA0.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg) Falling from just outside of the top 10 is one of Micheals finest. He's not really someone who I've ever really got into so I only know the really famous one's which is evident as this is his only entry in here...

19 (38) The Jam - A Town Called Malice / Precious![](http://img.yezzz.com/fi3169337.jpeg) Both fantastic songs, ATCM probably the finer though... Another act I've got into more recently hence the 19 place climb...

18 (23) Eminem - Lose Yourself![](http://api.mds.cw.com/xmlserver/img/019000-019999/F057FA7851F761CFE030A8C0E9C87DD4.jpg) The only act to have two songs in the top 20 and he also has the joint most songs in the whole chart with 4, I wasn't expecting it myself! It's definitely one of his finer songs an proves he is an extremely good rapper at times, but not always, there have been some godawful songs in his career.

17 (59) Cornershop - Brimful of Asha![](http://hitparade.ch/cdimages/cornershop-brimful_of_asha_s.jpg) A large climb for a song I thought would have fell when I made this years list, really surprised it was only number 59 last year, though looking at my list from last year there were a lot of surprises. Songs high up I never even thought I'd liked, let alone be in my top 30 number one's ever! It's from the time I started to really get into music so there are still a few songs from the late 90s to come as it's what I firts remember...

16 (15) The Specials - Too Much, Too Young ![](http://images-jp.amazon.com/images/P/B00000740O.01.MZZZZZZZ.jpg) Great band, great song. A year ago this was the only track I knew by these, now I know a lot more but still think this is their finest moment...

I adore Ghost town by the Specials, still sounds so good and brooding after all these years.

My gosh, someone seems slightly bipolar! I guess with me, I know my list wont change too dramatically since I listened to all the mp3s over and over again until I'd ranked them. I tried to avoid bias of recent tracks so something I might think is an instant classic but turned out to be forgettable wasn't placed too high last time. Anyways, it's certainly a fascinating list! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/WkoAxKupDXiUlSqYdleR.gif)

15 (04) The Kinks - You Really Got Me![](http://home.hetnet.nl/~kjoe65/GRAPHICS/1964/6410032310.jpg) Quite a large fall from a song that was top 5 last year. Still good but I seem to have gone off them a bit this last year...

14 (25) Christina Aguilera ft Redman - Dirrty![](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/c/cd/Christina_Aguilera_-_Dirrty_CD_cover.jpg/200px-Christina_Aguilera_-_Dirrty_CD_cover.jpg) Possibly one of my guilty pleasures, I don't know, it's not something I would usually like that's for sure! It is a fantastic song though and the video is awful, I don't like it just because she looks slutty in it! ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/GFYWEXTCoVqJntqftLBh.gif)

I am shocked that someone like andy chose Tomcraft as their favourite no.1 ever! ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/oQeLbvjiRgqeFBKanxGo.gif) The Eminem one is my favourite of the top 20 so far. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/999290/images/WkoAxKupDXiUlSqYdleR.gif)

13 (32) Coolio - Gangster's Paradise![](http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000000HEY.01.MZZZZZZZ.jpg) Without a doubt one of the best and most influential rap songs ever. I do like rap music every now and again, (there's still more to come!) but it's not often I like a song as much as this...

12 (08) The Prodigy - Firestarter ![](http://images.google.co.uk/url?q=http://www.mawek.com/prodigy/firestarter.jpg) A slight fall for The Prodigy this year as they go down just four. Definately their most well-know song but not their best which is probably the reason for it's fall; after getting the Best Of I realised they had better...

11 (01) Queen ft David Bowie - Under Pressure![](http://www.queenwords.com/images/singles/under_pressure.jpg) So, last years number one falls out of the top 10 altogether. Not what I had expected, but then I really didn't think this would've been my best number one ever. I know I've always liked it but I never knew I'd ever liked it that much. Neither of the artists are people I'm particularly fond of but together they're rather good...
