Some good stuff there! Enjoy the Kaiser Chiefs album (shouldn't have much trouble with that considering how much it rocks!).

Bravery, Kaiser Chiefs & Doves albums are all good - let us know what you think of the other 3.

Nice...
5 stereophonics 7 bravery 6 futureheads 6 doves 8 idlewild 10 kaiser chiefs
also wanted but cant afford 8 athlete 8 feeder
Rankings are based on how much I'd like to hear them, only have the chiefs one and it's ACE!

idlewild one is good... bravery, kaiser chiefs and doves are ones i've been thinking about... futureheads sounds like it could be good, but i need to hear more... and i don't think i'd be interested in the phonics one, although i won't rule it out if there are some really ace singles to come

Really like "Dakota" so would be interested to hear what people think of the Phonics' album.

I have:
bravery 3.5/5 futureheads 3.5/5 doves 3/5 kaiser chiefs 3.5/5 athlete 2.5/5 (boring!!)
(I rate pretty harshly - 3.5 is a good album and 3 above average)
Will download/check out these:
stereophonics feeder idlewild
No hurry on them as none of them have made a great album in my view (a few good songs maybe...)

Really like "Dakota" so would be interested to hear what people think of the Phonics' album. The phonics album is REALLY good, the first few songs are heavier until Dakota then after that it gets slightly slower but alot more rockier than their old stuff

which albums guys? Wanna know!!
Feeder I was very amazed how many great songs they have. At glasto I went to see 'High' and ended up staying for the whole set it was so good (not going to another band I wanted to see - forgotten who of course (damned Glasto haze!!!))

feeder - "polythene" is their best imo; "yesterday went too soon" a close second... i'm not hugely fond of either of the following two albums but the newie doesn't seem bad at all...
idlewild - the way they've changed is quite amazing. i'm not a big fan of their very early punky stuff, but i do love "100 broken windows" and its follow-up, "the remote part", which sees them moving into the sort of "intelli-rock" territory they're in now. TRP would easily make my top 10 of all time, probably top 5, with a nice mixture of their old and new styles.

Ok - i have all those so will give them a shot again. On Idlewild I think I missed the boat on them as in my yoof if I'd found them then I'd like them (and probably still would) but no it seems a bit to 'young' for me. Anyway, will listen again to see...

i think idlewild's early stuff might seem a bit young, but i'm of the opinion that they've matured a lot - particularly between 100BW and TRP (that was quite a big jump)... anyway, have a listen and see what you think
