We almost have a *New* #1, I think this may be a first? Keane AND Nelly Furtado score the same points! 597 for both of them! So it is Keane's 5th week and Nelly F's 1st, will she take over on her own next week? Lots of change this week with 43 charts as we get 11 new entries and 1 reentry.

Whoa!!! I really am shocked at that - a joint no. 1 That's never happened yet on the Multichart - there have been charts where one or two points seperate the top 2, but nothing like this. That's incredible. Excellent work Andy, and great to see Muse shoot up to no. 4

great chart... whereabouts are razorlight please? surprised they've not cracked the 40 yet! #72 with 66 points, only charted by 3 people so far, you need at least 100 to have a chance of top 40 most weeks.

And yes it has happened before, back in week 26 of 2005, but there were only 20 charts that week, so a lower score.
26.Green Day – Wake me up when September ends/James Blunt – You’re beautiful 283 (20 charts)
I think one week, they were separated by a single point as well?
I assume Nelly will be sole #1 next week as Keane falls in people's charts?
