Excellent work Andy...as always. So Nelly Furtado is the CombiChart Xmas no. 1 2006. What was your Xmas no. 1 last year? The Multichart no. 1 last year was Sugababes 'Ugly' (how very festive!!! lol)

Good chart as per usual - and a MUCH better #1 than the UK chart one, just like last year!! Also, thanks for compiling the combichart every week, as it's probably my #1 feature on Haven. Enjoy your week off from counting up all those points, and have a very Merry Christmas!!!

Thank you RedFox, glad you enjoy it so much, it's the charts that make it, I just compile it all So make sure you get as many people to donate a top 10/20/30 from the start of 2007, and let's keep making the Haven Combi Chart Good!

lol, I've no idea what mine was last year, I'd have to check. I actually meant the CombiChart Xmas no. 1 in 2005 Was it Sugababes 'Ugly' too? I only joined Haven that week so was totally new to Haven at the time.

Andy - I compiled the top 100 songs of the year and then my father's PC which I did it on packed up later when he tried to download some free virus software. Even though it was saved on the PC the hard drive had to be replaced. So 8 hours work was gone. Nevertheless from what I remember the top 10 was: 1. Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars 2. Scissor Sisters - I Don't Feel Like Dancing both miles ahead of the next lot. The combi chart went points crazy in September especially! 3. Gnarls Barkley - Crazy 4. Shakira - Hips Don't Lie (despite only peaking at 8, it's longevity really helped its overall points total). 5. Madonna - Sorry 6. All Saints - Rock Steady (Haven loves them even if no-one else does ) 7. Killers - When You Were Young 8. Muse - Supermassive Black Hole 9. Keane - Is it any Wonder? 10. Automatic - Moster Then from what I remember, other noteworthy things were Nelly Furtado had three in the top 30 - Maneater was 11, Promiscous was 16 or so and All Good Things just crept in the end of chart top 30 Muse's Starlight came a credible 12th despite not being a massive song in the weekly official charts. Madge's Get Yourself Together, despite only making 7 in the weeklies was the 21st overall and Jump just missed out on a top 40 place. Girls Aloud Something Kinda Oooh was 13th Snow Patrol's Set the Fire to the Third Bar was no.15 Current chart hits that made the top 40 of the year included Razorlight's America, Amy Winehouse's Rehab, Take That Patience. Lily Allen's LDN just missed out of the top 40 as did Raconteurs Steady as she Goes (that did much better than I thought). UK no.1s which didn't even make the top 100 included Beyonce's Deja Vu, Notorious BIG's Nasty Girl, Westlife's The Rose, both of McFly's no.1s and unsurprisingly Leona Lewis. Sorry I couldn't save the whole list but hope that gave you a general idea.

Cheers Homesy, bummer about your dad's pc Maybe mention these facts in a new thread? And I or Dandy might look to finding the points total for some of these songs, maybe we could do a few each and flesh it all out for you after your hard work?

Dunno if people are that interested. Thanks for your kind words - dunno if I have the heart to do it all again. Just one of these things that happened. I also remember that The Feeling had 3 of the top 40 - Love it When You Call was top 40 and both Never So Lonely and Fill my Little world were just outside the 20.

Awww thanks andy - yes Muse did do slightly better than The Killers.
Btw - I doubled the Christmas chart total as there was no combichart compiled for the final week in December and I thought that would put the records at a disadvantage. That would explain Snow Patrol's STF being higher than Nelly's Promicious in my one.
Infernal and Sugababes were both top 20 as well.
