Actually, I reckon most people were boosted by Man United and Arsenal doing well on Sunday and Monday...

I thought this footy predicta season started in January? No, that's the yearly table which started in January, and will continue again in August till the end of the year! There will be a season end table at the end of May, which accumulates the totals for the entire season.

oh well, new month, new hope, I guess.
3 AW(!) Arsenal v Liverpool 4 D Blackburn v Fulham 6 AW Crystal Palace v Southampton 10 HW Man Utd v West Brom 2 HW Norwich v Birmingham 9 AW Brighton v Ipswich 1 D Crewe v Coventry 8 HW Sunderland v Stoke 5 AW Watford v West Ham 7 D Wigan v Reading
Though I'd rather prefer it if Wigan won and got promoted. Pretty much a repeat of 6 years ago. Sunderland already up as champions, Ipswich and back then Bradford City fighting for second place promotion - and Bradford were managed at the time by Paul Jewell who now manages Wigan. Then, like now, Bradford had situation in their own hands (had 1 extra point, this time Wigan has a superior goal difference) but had the potentially harder fixture (away at 7th placed Wolves who had lost at home only once, compared to Ipswich at home to mid-table Sheffield United). But as we all know, Bradford won at Wolves in one of the most classic games of all time.
