Looks like a draw to me-a wicket or two late on would have made it interesting. Even if wickets fall early on day 5, there's enough quality in the lower middle-order to make it safe for NZ.

Early wicket for James Anderson, probably a little late now anyway. Shame we lost Saturday's play, we would have probably won the test.

And one for Sidebottom but unless they're all out for less than 200 before tea, it's a draw...

2nd test has been great today! Thought it was heading for a draw and then we got 16 wickets in a day!

From the ridiculous to the sublime! And all to play for. Is this just a 3-test series?

A bit crap really if we lose this test series to New zealand.

We're for 4 now, but only need 34 runs, we should do it hopefully.

Well done England, but NZ seem to have this habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory!!!

You can nevere be sure England will win until the last run is got.

England win by 6 wickets sole destroying for New zealand. I don't think they did all that much running, surely their footwear can't be in too bad a state

Final test underway.
New Zealand won the toss and put England in to bat.
England unchanged again. Gareth Hopkins makes his debut for New Zealand and will keep wicket. Brendon McCullum has a back problem preventing him from keeping wicket but he still plays and will bat at 3. Marshall is the man to make way for Hopkins.
