Vaughan, Collingwood and Ambrose all need to go. There needs to be a big shake up in English cricket before next summer if we are going to have any hope in the Ashes.

Why drop Broad? Scores runs and takes wickets?

Why drop Broad? Scores runs and takes wickets? He's unlucky to be dropped after the way he's batted but he really hasn't done much with the ball in this series...

Why bring Collingwood back ahead of a batsman who's actually playing well. Vaughan's been a great captain but if we're losing test matches, there goes the only reason to keep him in the side because he's not playing well enough to warrant a place. The question is who replaces him as captain? Strauss?

What a spell by Flintoff against them, and especially Kallis, amazing bowling!

297-6 at the close. Collingwood still there on 101, reaching his century with a six. England lead by 214. A genuine chance of victory now...

I think if we can get another 100-150 we might win though it'd probably be tough...

I think if we can get another 100-150 we might win though it'd probably be tough... Anything over 250 is going to be tough to chase down on a 4th innings pitch, especially if there's some turn there for Monty...

England all out for 363. Collingwood finished with 135.
South Africa chasing 281 to win, which would be a record run chase at Edgbaston.

England make two changes for the final test at the Oval. Harmison and Broad are in for Sidebottom and Vaughan. There's no place for Ravi Bopara. Ian Bell will bat at 3 with Flintoff at 6 and Ambrose at 7.
