Da 5 Bloods [2020]
Watching a film where the fact that the character Chadwick Boseman plays has died is a main part of the story, on the day Chadwick Boseman died, gave it some extra gut punches for certain scenes.
RIP Chadwick Boseman

Tenet again and The New Mutants. How was the second watch of Tenet? I'm planning on a rewatch hopefully soon Was a weird one. I knew it would be rewarding to watch again and I'm glad I saw it in IMAX for the spectacle but then in a regular gigantic screen as the sound mix was better and I caught far more dialogue during the noisier scenes, but for everything I got more out of, there were other things which annoyed me more the second time. I find it a very hard film to score as it was undeniably spectacular, well-shot, well-acted etc, but I just don't think it was as clever as Nolan thought it was. Having seen Red Dwarf and the Moffat era of Doctor Who (and The Time Traveller's Wife, for that matter), most of the 'twists' were obvious. But I didn't mind too much, as those shows never had the budget to do something like this. It was just a little emotionally detached for me too.
