Again, I'm flabbergasted by this result, the best song Agnetha & Frida never sung (written by Benny & Bjorn (Abba) with lyrics from Sir Tim Rice), defeating the truly wretched "We Are The Rich; We Are The Famous" "US Charriddee" record that sounded like an horrendous self congratulatory Pepsi Cola jingle.
... and as a huge David Bowie fan I'm amazed that his bad cover version of a Motown classic duet with Mick Jagger only picked up one vote.

Mick Jagger/ David Bowie were by far the worst of the lot.. Surely the Sister Sledge song should've had at least a couple of votes, was terrible then and still is! lol. I liked I know him so well, not as good as the other Chess hit One night in Bangkok, but still better than most other no.1 hits of that year.

Did people get confused and vote for their favourite ? I Know Him So Well shouldn't have picked up any votes. I voted for '19',it always irritated the life out of me. Frankie is faaaabulous. Will always be my fav SSledge song.
