I've been on here a long, long time as a lurker but I decided it was silly never to take the plunge and actually post, so... here I am. I never know what to post in introduction type thingys though without sounding like a div, hence the really long lurking time. If you want to know anything, just ask, and hopefully I'll remember I posted this and reply! Be nice please!

Oops, I did kinda forget about this a little bit! I'm really into anything music-wise, I know plenty of people say that but aren't, but I listen to anything from Steps to Cradle of Filth I tend to lean more on the pop-punk/hardcore/metalcore side of things overall but pop has made a big resurgence in my listening atm. My favourite band are Jimmy Eat World. TV-wise, I love Bones, Glee, Supernatural, Family Guy, American Dad, and I'm currently watching through every season of Pokémon with my partner to relive childhood. Thanks for the welcomes, guys!

Haha! I'm a Mancunian but I don't follow football, it's just a nickname from being called Andrew.

Glad to see you are a Glee fan. Are you a gleek or just a casual watcher?

I'm very much a gleek, I went to see Glee Live! last month and it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to I could probably go on about it forever given the opportunity

I am totally jealous of you going to see that. I wanted to but never got any tickets. Did Gwyneth Paltrow put in a guest appearance?

We weren't at that London date sadly, my bf was *extremely* annoyed that we picked the wrong show, he's a massive Holly fan. I honestly would never have expected it to work as well as it did in a live setting, and some songs I didn't like on the show turned out to be fantastic live (like Fat Bottomed Girls, I'm A Slave 4 U and P.Y.T.) - there wasn't nearly enough Darren Criss for my liking though

I went to see Arcade Fire in Hyde Park on one of the nights Glee were torturing an audience at the O2. On the same night Take That were at Wembley. My train home was absolutely packed. There were still plenty of people standing after the first stop (Woking) and a fair few after the second stop (Basingstoke). As an old git, I was glad I got to Waterloo in time to get a seat

I'm kicking myself now

They did sketches and things between songs to make it a full Glee experience instead of just a bunch of songs. The only thing that was disappointing was the support, it should have been The Warblers instead of the naff dance troupe they had :/

I wouldn't say regularly, I do a couple of festivals every year so until this year gigs were a rarity, but I've got four gigs in October and November lined up now I live in London (I moved down from Manchester in January).

I am near enough to the O2 to go there pretty regularly so got a few things lined up for the rest of the year too. Who are you going to see?
