Nobody. That's why I can't understand the decision from the "panel of experts". You'd think they'd've included the song that changed everything, but no, they have to have R Kelly or Dizzee Rascal instead.

People can only vote for 5% of songs that made it to #1. That's democracy! If you have to limit it to 60 songs I would make the following changes

I much prefer ABBA's Knowing Me, Knowing You to The Winner Takes it All but I guess people prefer the latter nowadays....

needless to say, i went for 'bohemian rhapsody' as my number 1. i think it's a shoo-in for the top 10.
