Is it possible to change my predictions after the cup shock yesterday? Yesterday's game is unaffected and the results themselves wouldn't change, just the order. D1 Aston Villa v Chelsea (12.45pm Saturday) H10 Everton v West Ham A3 Fulham v Liverpool H7 Norwich v West Brom D5 QPR v Newcastle A4 Stoke v Tottenham H6 Sunderland v Southampton H9 Man Utd v Swansea H8 Arsenal v Wigan (14th May) A2 Reading v Man City (14th May) I'd like to point out that I only feel I can change them because yesterday's solitary game was my lowest game. If it's not possible then that's fine, but wanted to at least ask. If you'd wanted to change Arsenal from a H to a D you could have done that, but you cant change the weightings of games that we already have the results for. As it happens, you would do yourself out of 11 points anyway. 11/12/14 MayA Aston Villa v Chelsea (12.45pm Saturday) H Everton v West Ham A Fulham v Liverpool H Norwich v West Brom A QPR v Newcastle A Stoke v Tottenham D Sunderland v Southampton H Man Utd v Swansea H Arsenal v Wigan (14th May) A Reading v Man City (14th May) What a high scoring round! In fact the Top 2, are the two highest scores this season!!! Smokeyb wins through with an amazing score of 539, so close to a full house!!! *Leaderboard*1 Smokeyb 5392 Wonderwall 506 3 Misterhamster 484 3 Raliverpool 484 5 Earl Purple 473 5 Daz 473 5 Andy 473 8 Shireblogger 462 9 Tom 429 10 Robin 407 11 Sam 396 12 Suedehead 352 13 Paddy 330 But I didn't change the weightings of games that we already had results for... That post was from Sunday morning, and I stated in the post that "Yesterday's game is unaffected". It was already my lowest game, if it hadn't been then I wouldn't have bothered changing the predictions at all. I hoped you'd notice before the Sunday games kicked off, but it seems as though you didn't so this is maybe where the confusion lies. I would have preferred Arsenal not to win as wanted Wigan to stay up and would rather Spurs finish 4th than Arsenal, but with the way i predicted the games it made little difference, just less likely than it was. It's just as well I wasn't on after Mancini's sacking though as i would have changed that match to a draw! (same weighting obviously being my 2nd lowest). Tbh i'm almost tempted to say give me the 11 points less even if it affects where i finish in the overall leaderboard (where things are close). I knew the risk i was taking in changing them and i did get lucky with Man city anyway. On another note - that must be one of our highest scoring weeks ever! I thought my score would be enough for me to be higher than that, and might even win it!

Ah yes, maybe that was the confusion. Anyway, I didn't see your post until I came to post the scores up, and as you are 11 points better off, stick with it. If you want to change predictions in the future, maybe pm me as well. Nice to see Murray back, that should hopefully get him enough points to finish above Maximo Mark for the season!

Well done Daz & SmokeyB, but at least I'm going to win the European Champions League predictor.
So I won't be trophy-less this season.

Congratulation daz, you are the master.
I didn't do as badly as I'd expected in my first season. Definitely be back again next year.
Massive thank you to Andy for running this. Takes a lot of work, and it is much appreciated.

Congratulations daz! And thank you and well done to Andy for running Footy Predicta. Looking forward to its return. I'm also considering a little game to run alongside Footy Predicta next season if I have time and if there's enough interest when I announce it.
Quite pleased with a top half finish considering I generally just go with my gut instinct, rather than paying any attention to form or league positions.

Congratulations to daz and thanks to o for running it. On a personal note quite happy with my top 10 finish after the start i made. May have to make a similar recovery next season though as i may miss some weeks in August. Looking at the all-time leaderboard i'm likely to move into the top 5 next season unless frag makes a comeback.

I'll try and get the predictions up as early as I can once they've sorted what days they are for tv and suchlike, so you can predict ahead Tom to not miss out?
