The intro is not a million miles off their big hit, here is the lesser played 'Josey' by Deep Blue Something.

No Wasy Sis managed a few weeks at the lower end of the chart with 'I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing'.

He doesn't sing on the record, but he is on the record sleeve. Frank Bruno with 'Eye of the Tiger'.

That one I wouldn't have minded staying forgotten

It wasn't exactly what you'd call a hit, but I rather liked it at the time anyway:

Lucie Silvas - What You’re Made Of
This and Don’t Look Back were excellent in 04/05 - I have completely forgotten everything else she released if I’m going to be honest.

Kristian Leontiou - Story Of My Life
Great debut single, decent follow up, OK album, dreadful inevitable cover version of “Fast Car” - then boom disappeared.

The Shamen 'Transamazonia' didn't quite reach the heights of Ebeneezer Goode.

Rixton - Me and My Broken Heart
Must be one for a Pointless 0 answer for UK number one singles. This Maroon 5 sounding, Rob Thomas thieving number one literally went and disappeared. I never even realised they even had other charting singles until I just looked it up. It was catchy, but they vanished shortly after, and if it wasn’t for the sake of sticking my iTunes on shuffle today, I wouldn’t have remembered they existed either.

There were some baffling choices in their career - their actual debut single Make Out never got released properly and became a dreaded "buzz single" then they released subpar nonsense after MAMBH became their "debut". And now after five or so years of nothing, they're back with the same lineup and an entirely different name.

Roo. - Until you posted Breathe In - I had forgotten completely about it and thought it was released by someone else! Wanderlust - No Sleep Tonight is brilliant. I only listened to it last week in the car!
