Actually this one is better - it should have been a huge hit!:

Sophie Lawrence's rather enjoyable 'Love's Unkind'.

Best remembered for 'Things Can Only Get Better,' D:Ream had a few follow u hits, this being one of the lesser ones.

In the midst of nineties eurodance, I was always surprised this was never huge. La Bouche's 'Be My Lover' charted twice but should really have been a top ten hit.

Much bigger in Europe, Magic Affair had three UK hits, this is 'In The Middle Of The Night'.

Here's another great euro dance hit that failed to ignite in the UK, Ice MC's 'Think About The Way'.

Clearly going for a Haddaway vibe, CB Milton didn't quite achieve the same success, despite this being a pretty decent track.

Moving your body was a big thing in eurodance song titles. Anticapella's 'Move Your Body'.

Yes !!! I'm not alone. It's my second favourite single from 1991 year.

The controversy over the Washington Redskins name brought back to mind the hard-left new-wavers...
...was astounded to see this made the top 40, I thought they were as uncommercial a prospect as one could imagine.
Even more astounding, they played it on kids' tv.

Supercar - Tonite
I don’t think I have even listened to this since 1999!

OK so barely a hit, but she released some great singles a decade or so ago:
Her last album from 2018 was brilliant!

I loved When I'm Alone!
This was absolutely NOT a hit anywhere - I'm not even sure it ended up getting a UK release despite me hearing it on the radio - however I remembered it today and listening to it, it's actually pretty decent!
Carly Hennessy - I'm Gonna Blow Your Mind

Others may have not, but it took a Wikipedia featured article of the day to remind me M.I.A - XXXO existed!

I don't know why, but this Prince hit seems to have been completely ignored since not long after it was released. I don't know why because it was a pretty decent sized hit, and it's good too:

Always thought this deserved to do better than it did. Voice of the Beehive were London-based American sisters Tracey Bryn and Melissa Belland, plus a group of English musicians, including two former members of Madness.

Have we had this one yet? UK #4 back in 2006. I was low key obsessed with this song for a couple of months and then promptly forgot all about it! It hasn't aged all that well. Nice autotune

Here's Rapination and Kym Mazelle doing 'Love Me The Right Way', a decent dance effort.
