Glenn temporarily moved to the top during this weeks round of fixtures, but luckily my 3rd choice sub was Charlie Adam and as I had 3 players that didn't play he came in and scored me 15 points, meanwhile it was a good week for Hupin, closing in and now only 27 point off the top spot. Surprisinglt the best score of the week came from Murrray with a huge 73 points! to leave Paddy 160 points adrift at the bottom
1 FC Twente Bensons Darren Stevens 52 1,427 2 The Hurricanes Glenn Sheasby 44 1,417 3 B. Munchin'-flapjack Michael Hupin 54 1,400 4 Silent Assassins Sam Riley 46 1,351 5 LIV7778818405 Richard Allen 52 1,272 6 I'm Darren Anderton Simon Garner 45 1,205 7 Coming last is good! Andy Riley 59 1,196 8 LetsGetRuddyToRumble Simon Sheasby 54 1,138 9 Roath Ravers Brian Monaghan 26 1,100 10 Saffron United mad murray 73 1,088 11 CurlyWurlyFC Thomas Burling 50 928

I was thinking the other day, it might be interesting to have a slightly more traditional tournament, where you can't make transfers every week, but only your two wildcards during the season. Would be a bit less tinkering every week - you can still make subs/change your captain, but forgetting for a month might not make a big difference, especially if you have a big hitter for a captain and four cheap 'filler' subs.

I dont think I'll use the 2nd wildcard, but I do like the weekly transfers, my problem is remembering, this weekend gone, there were only a few games, so I should have made changes and blooming forgot

the bottom and top are sown up, even an impressive 83 points points wasn't enough to close the gap significantly im afraid
